Students in the Graduate Certificate of Law: must complete LAWS8586 Law & Legal Institutions before any other courses.
Graduates of an Australian law degree (LLB or JD): you are not required to take the following fundamentals courses: Fundamentals of Environmental Law (FEL), Law & Legal Institutions (LLI), Legal Framework of Regulation (LFR), even if stated in prerequisites below.
Students in the Master of Laws in International Law and the Master of International Law and the Master of Laws specialising in International Law: LAWS8182 Principles of International Law is a prerequisite for all International (core) courses unless exempted.
Students in the JD: must have completed or be completing 5 x 6100 level courses prior to enrolling in Masters electives
All students: please note that courses scheduled in late Autumn, late Winter and Spring sessions are not guaranteed to have results processed in time for the following graduation ceremony.
