For over 25 years, OCI Associates, Inc. has been a recognized leader in the fields of Mechanical, Electrical,

Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering. Headquartered in Orlando, we maintain branch offices in Fort Pierce,

West Palm Beach, Fort Myers, Tampa and Washington DC. Throughout our history, we have provided our clients

Services of OCI Associates, Inc. range from facility master plans and reviews to construction design documents for

mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, fire alarm and systems engineering disciplines. The firm maintains

a competent staff of engineers and support personnel who believe in delivering complete projects on time and

GREEN BUILDING DESIGN

Although our designs and efforts have always incorporated innovative techniques to maximize energy efficiency,

there is also the growing awareness of the impact that new construction has on our Environment. The Leadership in

Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System

to incorporate green building design principles into all of our projects. We require all of our professionals and

COSTA D’ESTE BEACH RESORT

OCI Associates provided professional mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and IT/AV systems engineering for this personal luxury resort Costa d’ Este located ocean-side in Vero Beach, Florida. The beach resort features 94 deluxe guest rooms and suites, a destination restaurant and bar, infinity-edge swimming pool area, spa and fitness center, poolside bar and facilities for weddings and special meeting events. The Four-Star accommodations include within each guest room, lavish décor and state-of-the-art entertainment technology and premium amenities. In addition the resort includes The Spa at Costa d’Este with signature spa treatments for the guests and a new restaurant concept, The Wave Kitchen & Bar with ocean-front dining space and views of the Atlantic.

OCI Associates provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering design services for the development of a stunning waterfront resort-style community in Cape Coral, Florida called Tarpon Point Marina.

The community included five buildings for The Resort at Marina Village and three buildings at Tarpon Landings. Within the design, a secure and gated five-story parking garage with 420 spaces was included to accommodate visitors and residents.

ALBANY

Offering an unsurpassed lifestyle for all generations, Albany is a dynamic place with amenities and services that make it one of the most desirable resort communities in the world. OCI Associates, Inc provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering design services for both the Footprints Family Pool and the Azul Adult Pool at Albany and the surrounding areas of the resort style community. Created by Tavistock Group, Tiger Woods and Ernie Els, Albany is nestled on approximately 600 oceanfront acres on the southwestern end of New Providence in The Bahamas. Located just five miles and seven minutes from Nassau’s international airport and two private airfields, Albany is easily accessible with direct flights from major cities in the United States, Canada and Europe.

HIGHLIGHTED PROJECT

WYNDHAM OCEAN WALK RESORT

OCI Associates provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering design services for the development of a new 19-story, 394-room resort and 324-room tower in Daytona Beach, Florida. Each suite includes elegantly furnish large living rooms and fully equipped kitchens and washers/dryers. The 2-story penthouse includes a 2,000 SF 3-bedroom and 3-bath luxury suite on the 19th floor with floor to ceiling windows complete with a large Jacuzzi tub. The resort includes two indoor swimming pools, a 250 SF lazy river and three exciting outdoor pools complete water slides. Within the design, a secure and gated multi-story parking garage was included. The eight-level garage was designed to accommodate 638 parking spots for resort patrons.

VACATION VILLAGE AT WESTON

Vacation Village at Weston offers a resort community that includes a West Indies décor within each fully furnished suite. The separate climate-controlled units were designed with two dual access bathrooms and share 1,500 SF of combined living space. A fully appointed kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, range, full-size refrigerator and microwave convention oven were included in the design with washer and dryer facilities on every floor. OCI Associates also provided Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, IT/ AV Systems for the 7-story resort which includes swimming pool and recreational areas which was completed in 1998.

OCI Associates, Inc provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering services for the Oasis Lakes Resort at the Fountains which includes Bluegreen’s Wakoola Springs. This 75,000 SF tropical oasis sets itself apart from an everyday pool with two twisting water slides*, a zero-entry pool, interactive water fountains, two hot tubs. The beautiful Lake Eve offers fishing and paddleboats and features a boardwalk and pier. The project incorporated a 6,000 SF indoor/outdoor pool, two hot tubs, a convenient pool bar and playground. An immense 20,000 SF clubhouse houses a game room, business center, kids’ activity room, fitness room and outdoor relaxation garden and spa. On the property sits two casual dining areas; H20 Arcade and Bar and Mug O’ Joes. Designed with two-bedroom villas are richly appointed with a balcony a fully equipped kitchen and a garden tub. OCI Associates provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and IT/AV systems engineering for a 15 story condominium in the world class Cape Harbor luxury yachting community on the Gulf Coast in Cape Coral, Florida. The project included individual 2 and 3 bedroom condos with 2 bathrooms, great rooms, with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and 3,000 SF lanai and terrace. The master bathrooms were designed with oversized walk-in showers, double vanity and a large Jacuzzi tub. The shared outdoor spaces include a heated outdoor pool, hot tub, BBQ grill area surrounded by a large outdoor seating and entertainment area. Altamira is one of North Hutchinson Island’s premier luxury condominium complexes. It was constructed by well-known local general contractor Proctor Construction Company.
