Institutional Operations Associate (Foreign Exchange)

We are seeking career minded and independent individuals for an entry level full-time position in our Institutional Operations department. The Institutional Operations Associate will be part of a global team providing operational support to Introducing Broker Sales department and international network of Introducing Brokers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the client on-boarding process – from close of sale, compliance, documentation and implementation. • Deliver support and maintenance of Introducing Brokers and various customized arrangements.

• Provide ongoing customer service through the use of email, phone and online chat.

• Compile scheduled and ad-hoc reporting needs, such as volume, PnL calculation and reconciliation Experience & Skills:

• Degree holder, major in Economics, Finance or Computer Science is preferred

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin • Japanese fluency is a plus but not required

• 2 year working experience - Experience gained from Finance / Banking industry is an advantage • Strong PC and word-processing in both English and Chinese

• Computer literate - intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel (prepare complex formulas, pivot charts and Macro’s a plus)

• Able to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment • Self starter and able to work with minimal supervision

• Responsible and attentive to detail, strong customer focus

• Must be able to work on a quarterly basis rotating shift (Day shift 8 AM - 5 PM / Night shift 3 PM - 12 AM)

Institutional Sales Assistant (Foreign Exchange & Precious Metals)

• Willing to work all shifts on a rotational basis – (Day shift 8 AM – 5 PM / Night shift 3 PM – 12 AM) • Strong communication verbal and written

• Follow global market trends and events and effectively discuss news releases and trade setups • Ability to navigate basic and advanced mathematical examples with proficiency and accuracy

Operations Associate (Back Office/ Administrator/ Customer Service)

Key Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Review, process and follow up on clients’ currency trading account applications via email and ensure compliant with regulatory requirements

• Update and enter client account information

• Perform back office operations and transactions (deposit, withdrawals, transfers, etc) • Posting deposits (credit card, wires, online checks, bank checks)

• Perform customer service functions and correspond with clients • Other tasks and projects as assigned

Experience & Skills:

• Degree holder in any discipline. Finance / Banking / Customer Service industry is an advantage. • Interpersonal and customer service skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• PC knowledge, MS Office and chinese word-processing
