Service Oriented Architecture Professional

(SOACP)

Training Programme

The roots of service-orientation can be traced back to the early days of modern computing. It took several years for Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) to be formalized by service-orientation, a design paradigm comprised of a set of principles that are associated with the achievements of the goals and benefits of service-oriented computing. It took several more years before there was significant public awareness of service-orientation. In the meantime, a number of SOA projects failed simply because there was an expectation of achieving significant strategic benefits by the mere adoption of Web Service Technology.

The Certified SOA Professional will enable attendees to master the fundamental topics pertaining to SOA and service-oriented computing. After full attendance and the completion of the 2-day course, trainees will receive a certificate of attendance. Additional information may be provided if they want to be certified in the courses involved.

Fundamental SOA and Service-Orientation (S90.01)

The course provides a well-rounded, end-to-end overview of oriented computing, service-orientation and SOA. Attendees benefit from this fundamental coverage by gaining an understanding of common terms, concepts and important industry developments.
