FAMILY CHRISTMAS DAY LUNCH

Everyone deserves the day off on Christmas day, forget the stress of preparing and cooking a traditional Christmas lunch with all the trimmings – let us do all the hard work (and the washing up) for you!

CHRISTMAS EVE

After a hearty breakfast, enjoy a day at your leisure!

Join the early evening moonlit walk to Santa.

Afterwards head to our main reception to listen to our local Carol singers sipping on a warming glass of

spiced mulled wine.

If you would like to attend the Midnight Mass at our local Pott Shrigley Church: St Christopher’s, please inform our reception team! You will be welcomed back

with a hot chocolate.

CHRISTMAS DAY

After exchanging gifts with your loved ones join us for a celebratory bucks fizz breakfast. Why not take our nature walk around our grounds? If you are lucky enough you may spot our resident deer. Enjoy our three

course traditional Christmas Day Lunch including all the trimmings. Continue the festivities with coffee and mince pies or view the Queens speech in our Drawing

Room at 3pm.

Finish the day with our hot fork buffet in our restaurant followed by a festive quiz in our bar!

BOXING DAY

After enjoying a relaxing full English Breakfast, Boxing day belongs to you. In the afternoon, we have our traditional tea dance served alongside a cream tea in

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Christmas events are subject to demand exceeding the minimum numbers required to proceed with a successful event, if not, alternative dates with availability may be offered.

2. A £10 deposit for each guest is required within 10 days of making your party reservation in order to guarantee your booking. Deposits are non-refundable or transferable. For residential packages a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance due on or before 8th November 2021.

3. The final balance is due one month prior to your event. If you make a booking within four weeks of arrival you will need to pay the full balance straight away.

4. All accommodation must be fully pre-paid at the time of booking. All payments are non-refundable, please ensure everyone in your party is aware.

5. You can add to your booking at any time (subject to availability), but if you need to reduce numbers, you will not receive a refund and your deposit cannot be transferred to cover drinks, accommodation or any other services.

6. If we have to cancel an event, you will be informed and will be offered an alternative event date or a refund/credit.

7. Table lay-outs, table sizes and room plans are at the discretion of the hotel, as this is impacted by numbers attending each event. (We may also need to follow COVID-19 secure guidelines).

9. Every effort will be made to accommodate specific requests but guarantees are not possible.

10. If a specific pre-ordered wine is unavailable, you will be offered a suitable alternative.

11. Bedrooms will be available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival.

12. All prices include VAT at the current rate.

13. All bookings are subject to availability.

14. Spa facilities are not included in any of our overnight packages but can be added for an additional charge (subject to availability).
