How to Spa:
The hours of operation are from 7am to 8pm.
You must be 18 years of age or older to be a Spa guest at the CasaBlanca. The facility is non-smoking. No alcohol and no use of cell phones permitted.
Do I need reservations?
We recommend you reserve your appointments as soon as possible, as services are limited. A credit card is required at booking. You may book your reservations online at www.CasaBlancaresort.com, call toll free 866-401-6021 or local 702-346-6760. It is highly suggested that you arrive 30 minutes prior to appointment time. With the purchase of a service, please know you have full use of the Spa and Sa-lon facility for the day, or you may inquire about pricing for day use. For group inquires please contact our sales department at 888-711-4653. Upon arrival, a photo ID and final payment are required. The cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to appointment time. All no shows or failure to cancel within 24 hours will be charged in full. If you arrive late, your treatment time will be shortened, as it will end on time. You will be required to pay full price for the service booked. Group reservations are subject to contracted agreement.
What do I need to know about my service?
Our trained professional staff will assist you in choosing the right treatments for you. Gender prefer-ence of therapist or a specific therapist may be requested, however it is not guaranteed. All of our therapists are trained professionals. Prior to the appointment you are required to shower. You will be provided a robe, spa slippers and locker. Though we provide a locker, we strongly recommend leaving jewelry or valuables at home or in your hotel room safe. Undergarments are not necessary but can be worn if preferred. Swimsuits are suggested to experience the full use of the facility. Please know that the CasaBlanca Spa and Salon is a world-class men and women’s facility, and appropriate behavior is required by everyone. Your experience and comfort is important to us. Whether it is the room tem-perature, amount of pressure or volume of the music, please let us know immediately of any discomfort or preferences.
What do you need to know about me?
You must provide us with any health or medical conditions, such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, past injuries, recent surgeries, medical treatment and allergies. If you have a contagious illness or open sores, services will not be performed. Management reserves all rights. Please speak with your thera-pist prior to appointment about the benefits of the services or products we provide.
Gratuity
Individual service prices do not include gratuity. Group bookings will be charged a gratuity of 18%-20% depending on the service performed.
