This exclu-sive area is protected by a written agreement with corporate and will be transferred to new ownership.

Paul Davis Restoration of Harwich, is organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. It is owned by David Rome of Harwich, MA.
The storage facility is approximately 1,400 S/f and has a separate& private business office (20’ x 20’+/-) . Out-side fenced in storage area, 20’x60’ which includes a weather tight container 20’( L) x 8’ (W) x 8’(H), is a plus. Owner plans to lease this Industrial Bay condo, but would consider selling to a qualified buyer. Lease to be ne-gotiated with Owner and will be monthly rent (NNN) plus utilities. Condo fee is $50.00 per month.
Asking price for Industrial Bay Condo to be sold separately is $250,000.
There is no seller financing offered on the sale of the business, the condo, or both.
