Our All Inclusive Wedding Package includes everything you would expect from one of Dorset’s most prestigious wedding venues plus a few special extras.

Booking Terms
The All-inclusive Package is available for the Waterford Suite, using The State Dining Room for your wedding breakfast and is based on 70 guests. (catering minimum)
Additional guests, up to a maximum of 80, will incur an additional charge of
£66.50 per adult in 2015, £68.00 per adult in 2016, £69.50 per adult in 2017. Children will be charged at 50%
For numbers fewer than 70 the full package price will apply. (No child discount)
For more information or to book your wedding at Highcliffe Castle, please call us to arrange an appointment or to discuss available dates.
Once you have agreed a date, to confirm your booking a non-refundable deposit of £1000 to the Castle is required along with a completed booking form (found on page 46 of our wedding brochure).
When you have confirmed your chosen caterer, we will transfer £500 of your deposit to them. All subsequent payments will be made directly to Highcliffe Castle, your chosen caterer and DJ.

Payment schedule and terms for services provided by external suppliers may vary. Please contact the supplier directly for details.
If you are having a civil ceremony you will need to contact the Dorset Register office to confirm your Ceremony and intent to marry and book your registrar. They can be contacted on 01202 225153.
We recommend that all couples take out wedding insurance to cover you in the unlikely event of cancellation.
The Wedding Package details form part of our main wedding brochure and are subject to the same terms and conditions (found on pages 20 & 21 of our wedding brochure). Full details and menus are correct at the time of going to press but are subject to change.
If you choose the package, Highcliffe Castle will share your details with your chosen suppliers so that they may contact you to confirm details of your special day.
