• Our interior designer will stage your rental property, before it will be professionally photographed and immediately listed on our website as well as other top-rated global vacation rental websites. • We will make sure that all necessary supplies, furnishings and amenities required to maximize

your occupancy are in your property before the first arrival and every subsequent ones.

• Our continuous care and maintenance of your property addresses: professional upgrade as necessary to ensure your property is ready for rental, coordinating replacements of items damaged by normal wear & tear, scheduling of larger repairs and maintenance to sustain your property in “guest-ready” condition.

• We will care for guests and their needs, provide day-to-day property supervision, schedule and supervise routine departure cleaning, laundry service and restock consumables prior to new guest arrival.

• Part of our supervisory role will include inventory control. Additionally, we will inspect properties for damage as-soon-as-possible after tenants vacate your property.

We have achieved wide-ranging experience as international real estate developers and have successfully completed projects in Germany, Spain and Brazil. Both of us display in-depth knowledge and practical understanding of construction, engineering, design, planning, financing, and real estate brokerage, with concentrations in marketing and customer service. We are fluent in English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian.

I am a remarkably experienced full service realtor & property manager specializing in vacation rental on Oahu since 1999. My vast knowledge of vacation rental management, customer service, supervision of housekeeping and oversight of contract cleaners is unrivaled. I am also an accomplished Interior Designer and skilled at comprehensive maintenance and upgrade scheduling and planning. My design skills are renowned for instilling a feeling of island tranquility and Oahu luxury.
