the loan, unless the money broker is licensed [ND Cent Code Section 13-04.1-09.1].

ADVERTISING Brokers subject to the Consumer Finance Act may not advertise, distribute,

display, televise, or broadcast any deceptive, false, or misleading statement regarding loan terms, rates, or conditions. [ND Cent Code 13-03.1-13]
