 Team member in Islamic conversion project

 Manage 1 to 12 developers to accomplish the yearly development plan & roadmap.  Design and build solutions based on best practices and the complexity of the

systems involved.

 Being the key liaison officer (Business Service Leader - BSL) between IT and business teams responsible for alignment of IT developments with Business objectives and strategies.

 Validating the feasibility of new initiatives, assessing emerging opportunities, leading pilot studies and address organization sustainability and highlight risks and challenges.
