Manage 1 to 12 developers to accomplish the yearly development plan & roadmap. Design and build solutions based on best practices and the complexity of the
systems involved.
Being the key liaison officer (Business Service Leader - BSL) between IT and business teams responsible for alignment of IT developments with Business objectives and strategies.
