Flash Drive Programs

Companies can sponsor a booth or have an area of their booth set up as an On Demand Digital Poster Hall. Prerecorded interactive poster sessions with KOL video commentary can be available to booth visitors through touch screens and video monitors.

Association Enduring Materials
Conference Captures
A conference capture can be recorded at a live meeting, a studio, or a conference room. Conference captures are completed a few weeks after the program and distributed to a mailing list and/or placed on the web. The conference capture format gives the user the same feeling as being at the conference, but with additional materials such as transcripts, slide bookmarking, and note taking. If the program is CME, certificates are available immediately. Presentation Training/Management
Presentation Training/Management can be developed for slide management and Speaker Training Programs. The slides and audio/video are timed and user progress is tracked. Inclusion of quizzes and other resources is also possible. Content Management Systems
Content Management Systems or Digital Depots contain all of the information about a product in one cloud-based website. Information includes publications, slides, websites, etc. organized into various categories for easy searching. E-insert in Association-Related Journal

Highlights Program
Companies can sponsor a Highlights Disc from the
conference with various program synopses from the entire congress. The disk can be cross-specialty and made available to a wide audience via CD-ROM and the Internet.
Podcasts/Vodcasts
GenR can record programs, interviews with Key Opinion Leaders, and other materials, and make them available as downloadable podcasts/vodcasts on iTunes. Links from sponsored websites and the association website can take users to the available downloads for their specialty. Post-meeting E-newsletter
Companies sponsor a post-meeting e-newsletter with highlights from the congress. The newsletter would be sent out in HTML format and also available as a downloadable and printable PDF file.
Print-to-Digital Conversion
Print collateral, such as monographs or info packs, can be converted to a digital “flipbook” version and either accessed online via a web browser or launched from a user’s desktop. Functionality of the digital version can include audio and visual call outs, zoom in/out, and questions/surveys.
Websites
Websites can be created to leverage various project materials and create a digital home for your target audience. Websites help clinicians broaden their
understanding of disease etiology, diagnosis, progression, and treatment approaches.
Digital Poster Hall
A small green screen “studio” can be set up at the meeting where speakers record their poster presentations. An interactive CD-ROM using the video and a digital version of the poster could then be produced.
