DD virtual Articulator

The virtual articulator enables the simultaneous design in up-per jaw and lower jaw with integration of Artex®, Adesso Split®

or SAM® synchronisation systems. This makes inclusion of all

joint and cranium-related patient values (e. g. face bow) possi-ble during design. Originating from lateral and protusion move-ments, the finished crowns and bridge frames are dynamically reduced as a result and thus require no finishing work.

DD Abutment Creator

For a better and faster creation of individual abutments. Ge-neration of an individual emergence profile, system-depen-dent with and without adhesive abutments. The majority of familiar implant systems are already saved in the abutment library: Astra Tech®, Nobel Biocare®, Straumann®,

Zim-mer®, Dentsply Friadent® und Biomet®.

DD Steg Modul

provides nearly photo-realistic rendering in real time, already during the design process. In addition to providing a “What You See Is What You Get” experience, TruSmile can also become a powerful marketing tool for dentists using chair-side CAD/ CAM systems – e.g. to convince a patient to get a ceramic restoration instead of a NP metal crown. DD Provisorium

With the provisional module, individual temporary crowns and bridges can be designed using the eggshell technique. The temporaries are created based on scans of the pre-operative situation; the shape of the provisional crown/bridge can either be copied from the original anatomy (if the original tooth is still in reasonably good shape), or the tooth libraries can be used.

Loader

The CORiTEC 350i and 350i Loader are imes-icore’s all-roun-ders and provide you with 5 axis processing in a compact ta-ble version! Hard materials like CoCr can also be processed. The 350i can be optionally equipped with a zero point clam-ping system too. This permits the use of various adapter systems (e.g. abutments, blocks, etc.). All our suction units require very little maintenance and are built for long life expectancy. All units were developed especially for the requirements of our milling machines. The internal teflon-coated filter cartridges are connected to an automated self-cleaning mechanism and are therefore maintenance-free. The DD Argus fire, equipped with four high-quality molyb-denum silicide (MoSi2) heating elements, convinces with its compact design and simultaneously large combustion cham-ber. This provides enough space for sintering large and small dental work (up to about 50 – 60 units). As a special feature the DD Argus has an SD card slot, which enables the user to edit the oven programmes conveniently on the Computer. Merging user-oriented operation, short sintering cycles, low energy consumption and a very small footprint? Materialized through the AUSTROMAT 664 iSiC, the DEKEMA specific SiC heating technology makes it possible.

The high temperature furnace AUSTROMAT 664 iSiC is equipped with two silicon carbide heating elements to safely and consistently operate at temperatures up to 1530°C. All components of the AUSTROMAT 664 iSiC sintering cham-ber are made of highest purity, durable materials to ensure very homogeneous heat distribution in a clean atmosphere. A patent pending, DEKEMA specific Platin/Platin Rhodium thermocouple monitors the temperature inside the sintering chamber. Copings with a maximum diameter of 65 mm might be simultaneously sintered on top of the patented insulation table, optionally in two levels doubling capacity. Our time te-sted Autodry system has been further improved, providing both, precise drying steps, as well as quick and direct heating and cooling steps, for extremely short sintering cycles.
