Before and After

The following pages show Before and After photos of eight master bathrooms that were remodeled by Rogers Residential Company. We did the design with the customers, as well as the construction, and managed the projects from beginning to end.

These baths were remodeled in several different styles from very contemporary to elegant traditional, and using a variety of different materials.

Snow White Master Bath – This bath was gutted, reconfigured and renovated with a large walk-in

shower and a Bain Ultra air jet whirlpool tub. There are two maple vanity cabinets separated by a linen cabinet. The vanity, tub platform and bench have Juperana Bronze granite tops, and the floors, shower and tub wall are Torreon and Jerome travertine. The shower has two shower heads and a triple niche. The shower, tub and vanity hardware are Kohler in a new brushed chrome finish.

Harris Master Bath – This bath was gutted and renovated with a larger shower and a Bain Ultra airjet

tub. The vanity cabinets, tub platform and shower bench are Caramel Fantastico granite slab. The bath floor was laid in a Verailles pattern using Oro tumbled travertine. An arch design using travertine and mosaic granite on the shower wall matches the arched window over the tub. The lighting fixtures and plumbing hardware have a Venetian Bronze finish.

Norwalk Master Bath – This elegant bath was updated in several marbles --- marble on the floor, the

shower walls, and the vanity tops and tub platform. The vanity tops and tub platform are Dark Emperador marble. The huge shower has two separate shower areas. The shower is enclosed in glass with two glass doors, two shower heads, and two niches in each shower area. There is a large Bain Ultra air jet tub in a wood and marble platform in the middle of the bathroom. The hardware for shower, tub and vanities are mixed gold and brushed steel.

Townsend Master Bath – This bath was gutted and remodeled to provide a large walk-in shower in place

of the bath tub that was there before. The shower has a bench and two shower heads and a glass partition between the shower and the double vanity. Above the maple cabinets is a floating mirror, where the mirror protrudes from the wall to create a floating effect. The countertop is granite, the floor is 8x12 honed travertine, and the shower walls are honed travertine with mosaic inserts. The bath also has a private water closet with a pocket door.

Vinecrest 1 Master Bath – This bath was gutted and expanded to twice its original size. It has a huge

walk-in curb less shower with two rain heads plus a sprayer. It is finished out in three different natural stones – onyx marble, quartz, and polished pebbles. The floor and toilet privacy wall are also onyx tile. Two counter height maple vanities are connected by a beautiful Golden Namibia granite countertop. There are contemporary style maple vanity cabinets and linen cabinet. One vanity has a drop-in black granite sink and the second vanity has a counter top black granite vessel sink. The shower and sink hardware is contemporary Danze in polished chrome.

Vinecrest 2 Master Bath - This bath was gutted, reconfigured, and renovated to create a larger shower.

The result was a walk-in curb less shower with two shower heads and a bench, with travertine on the floor and walls, and an obscure glass wall. New maple cabinets were installed with granite countertops and bronze hardware. We installed a pocket door as entrance to bath. In addition, we install antique oriental doors to the master bath and closet suite, and installed Easy Closets in the closet.

Vinecrest 3 Master Bath - This master bath was expanded to twice its size by incorporating a small

dressing area and space from the adjacent bedroom. The larger size allowed for both a 2-person shower with body jets and a 2-person jet tub. The front apron of the tub is removable and also has doors that open to allow for easy access. The bath has two sinks plus a makeup vanity. The bath is finished out in granite countertops, backsplash, and deck top, and porcelain tile on the floor and the shower wall. A large walk-closet was built to be accessed from the bath and another walk-closet is accessed from the master bedroom.

Van Ness Master Bath - This very small bath with one sink and a small shower was gutted and expanded

by incorporating two closets. The result was the ability to have double vanities and a walk-in shower with a bench, large niche, and a shower head and separate sprayer. The shower was built with two glass block windows to let in natural light. A floating cabinet was built to customer’s specs with a travertine

countertop and a floating mirror over the cabinets. The floor and shower are tiled in honed travertine.
