Firefly Acceleration Program for CCIE Data Center Certification offers Cisco Authorized training to enable candidates to minimise study time and maximise success in passing both the written and the lab exams. The Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) certification is known world-wide as the most prestigious networking certification in the industry.
The CCIE Data Center certification will set the bar for the next generation of Data Center architects and designers. Encompassing technologies that span routing, switch-ing, SAN, server, application with network services, and virtualization, this CCIE Data Center may prove to be the most elusive CCIE yet.
Stage 1: Readiness Assessment
On joining the program, Firefly’s CCIE Data Center instructor team will prepare a personalized education plan based on the candidate’s current certifications, experience and learning goals.
Stage 2: Pass the Written Exam
In preparation for the written exam, a series of courses may be recommended as pre-requisites. Candidates have the option to take standard CCNP Data Center-level courses or Firefly’s enhanced core UCS and Nexus curriculum to get ready for the exams.
Firefly has enhanced their core UCS and Nexus curriculum with deeper content, more hands-on labs and up-to-date coverage of the latest hardware and firmware to prepare candidates for their job, as well as their CCIE exam. Many candidates will have strengths in one or more of areas so these courses are offered á la carte.

Stage 3: Refine Lab Skills
Following the written exam is a series of intensive lab workshops designed to sharpen hands-on skills on Unified Fabric (DCXUF, 5 days) and Unified Computing (DCXUC, 5 days).
Workshops will refine skills through a series of challenge labs and in-depth analysis of performance in the lab. Going beyond the traditional installation and implementation courses, these workshops will provide a deep-dive into the inner workings of the Cisco data center products and protocols, and provide a thorough understanding of the fine-tuning and troubleshooting required to pass the lab exam.
The Unified Computing (DCXUC) and Unified Fabric (DCXUF) workshops provide an intense hands-on laboratory experience with Firefly's senior industry experts, who are renowned for their deep expertise in Cisco Data Center.
