Hotel Information - HardRock Hotel & Casino, 777 West Cherokee Street., Catoosa, OK 74015. Hotel ac-commodations are the responsibility of the Attendee. Our convention rate is $124 per night. Cut off date for hotel reservations is March 23, 2016. You can make reservations by calling 800-760-6700 and requesting the group rate for code OLTA2016.

Sponsorship - Sponsorships are available in the following levels:

Platinum - $2,500 Gold - $1,500 Silver - $1,000 Bronze - $500

All sponsors receive recognition in convention materials and during meetings. Please email a copy of your logo to admin@oklahomalandtitle.com to be used in convention materials. Deadline to receive logo for inclusion in convention book is 3/15/16.

Gift Bags - We welcome items for the gift bags that will be handed out to all attendees and ask for a quantity of 125 of anything sent. Ship any materials/items for gift bags to: OLTA, c/o April Mosley, 704 San Simeon Drive, Edmond, OK 73003.

Okie TiPAC Silent Auction - Okie TiPAC will be hosting the Silent Auction at Friday night’s dinner and welcome any items you would like to donate. Even if you are unable to attend the convention, your auction items are still welcome. If attending, please bring your auction items to the PAC breakfast on Friday morning. Other-wise, contact Jim Cichon at jcichon@smithbrothersabstract.com or Mary Ann Nelson-Sutterfield at

maryann.nelson@stewart.com to arrange item pick-up/transfer.

Registration Desk - The Registration desk will be open Thursday, April 14th from 2:00pm to 5:00pm; Friday, April 15th from 8:00am to 6:30pm and Saturday, April 16th from 7:30am to Noon.

Attire for Convention Activities and Events - Business or business casual attire is appropriate for all OLTA daytime functions. The theme of Friday evening’s dinner and Silent Auction is “Military” and attendees are encouraged to dress in their favorite fatigues, camouflage, etc. Saturday night’s attire is black tie (optional). Exhibitors’ Showcase - Exhibitors will be will be available from 11:30am to 5:30pm on Friday and from 8:00am to 5:00pm on Saturday.

Golf Tournament - Cherokee Hills Golf Course, 770 W. Cherokee, Catoosa, OK 74015. Paid Exhibitors are welcome to participate in the golf tournament. The golf registration fee for all attendees is $75 per player. Mulli-gans will be for sale for $5 each but MUST be purchased with a PERSONAL check made out to Okie TiPac. The additional golf fee includes lunch, green fee, cart, range balls and use of practice facilities.

Prizes: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Place; Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin (Men & Women).
