Your Client Relationships

You know your clients inside and out. You’ve spent years cultivating relationships with them. And while you’d like to give each and every one your undivided attention, you know that it’s just not possible in today’s business climate – especially if you want to focus your efforts on increasing profitability and fee-based revenue.

Reduce Resources, Expand Client Base

Using a bundled platform for small and mid-sized clients often is a more efficient and cost-effective alternative to a la carte services typically used with open-architecture platforms. Your clients get access to the quality investment options, fiduciary support and personalized services that only large plans can usually afford. You get to outsource the details, while still getting paid for your plan oversight. It’s a winning combination that frees your time to focus on your best customers and new prospects.

Benefits of the EPIC/Mutual of Omaha Bundled Program* Bundled retirement platforms offer many additional benefits for trust departments, including:

 An additional solution to serve a greater variety of clients and increase competitiveness

 Built-in investment selection and ongoing monitoring by Callan Associates and Mesirow Financial

 Three levels of fiduciary support

 Subsidized recordkeeping costs, including waived annual and per participant fees**

 Customizable, packaged services to simplify client billing

 Flexible commission structure to accommodate each client’s needs

 Ability to reduce back-end charges and surrender fees**

 Participant education, enrollment and ongoing plan support from a dedicated relationship manager

Relationship Control

Perhaps the best benefit is the ability to determine your own level of involvement on each plan. Depending on your relationship with a particular client, you may choose to be more or less involved with specific areas of the plan such as investment selection, plan design or enrollment meetings. When you work with EPIC Advisors and Mutual of Omaha, you decide on a plan-by-plan basis the level of involvement and role you want us to play.
