initial login

1. You will receive two emails:

ACHAlert Setup with initial Username

ACHAlert Setup Continued with initial Password

2. Launch your browser and type the URL in the address line to go to the ACHAlert Login page.

3. Click in the Username box. Type your Username from the ACHAlert Setup email.

4. Click in the Password box. Type your Password from the ACHAlert Setup Continued email. For Security, your Password appears as black dots.

5. Click login

Go to Change Username and Password page

6. Click in the New Username box. Create and type a New Username with a minimum of 6 characters and a maximum of 11 characters. Note: Username is case sensitive.

8. Click in the New Password box. Create

and type a New Password with a minimum of 8 characters and a maximum of 11 characters of which 1 upper case letter, 1 special character and 1 number. Note: Password is case sensitive. Special Characters are: ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( )

9. Click in the Confirm New Password box. Type your New Password again. 10. Click submit

Go to security Challenge Questions page

ACHAlert Setup Changes email sent to User to confirm Username and Password changed

11. Use the Family question dropdown arrow to select a question:

What is your father’s middle name?

What was your paternal grandfather’s first name?

What was your maternal grandfather’s first name?

What was your paternal grandmother’s first name?

What was your maternal grandmother’s first name?

What is your mother’s middle name?

12. Click in the Family box. Type your answer with a minimum of 1 character to a maximum of 50 characters. NOTE: Answer is case sensitive.

13. Use the things you like question dropdown arrow to select a question:

Who is your favorite musical performer/group?

14. Click in the things box. Type your answer with a minimum of 1 character to a maximum of 50 characters. NOTE: Answer is case sensitive.

15. Use the early life question dropdown arrow to select a question:

Who was your first crush?

Who was your childhood hero?

What was the street number of the house you grew up in?

What school did you attend when you were 13?

What was the model of your first car?

What was your first job?

What was your first pet’s name?

16. Click in the early life box. Type your answer with a minimum of 1 character to a maximum of 50 characters. NOTE: Answer is case sensitive.

17. Use the special things you Know question dropdown arrow to select a question:

What is the first name of the best man/maid of honor at your wedding?

In what city did you honeymoon? (Enter full name of city only)

In what city did you meet your spouse/significant other?

What are the last 5 digits of your driver’s license number?

What was the name of your first best friend?

What is your best friend’s middle name?

18. Click in the special things you Know box. Type your answer with a minimum of 1 character to a maximum of 50 characters. Note: Answer is case sensitive.

19. Click submit

20. Click in the Username box. Type your New Username. 21. Click in the Password box. Type your New Password. 22. Click login

Go to Captcha page

23. Click in the Captcha box. Type the characters appearing in the top box. 24. Click submit

Go to security Challenge Question page

25. Click in the box. Type your answer. 26. Click submit

5. Click in the box. Type your answer. 6. Click submit

Forgot Password

1. Click Forgot Password?.

Go to the Forgot Password? page

2. Click in the enter Username box. Type your Username. 3. Click submit.

Go to the ACHAlert login page with Message: Password has been sent to email address on file

If the Username is valid, the ACHAlert Password Reset email is sent to the email address on file for that Username.

4. Click in the Username box. Type your Username.

5. Click in the Password box. Type the Temporary Password from the ACHAlert Password Reset email. 6. Click login

Go to the Change Password page

7. Click in the New Password box. Create and type a New Password with a minimum of 8 characters and a maximum of 11 characters of which 1 upper case letter, 1 special character and 1 number. Note: Password is case sensitive. Special Characters are: ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( )

8. Click in the Confirm New Password box. Type your New Password again. 9. Click submit

10. Click in the Username box. Type your Username. 11. Click in the Password box. Type your new Password. 12. Click login

Go to the security Challenge Question page

13. Click in the box. Type your answer. 14. Click submit

Manage Users Page

1. setup>Manage Users to open the Users page. User Access Right: Manage Users

Name: The Name is the First Name and Last Name entered on the User information page.

To search by name, enter the first character or first few characters of the Name in the Name box

email: The Email is entered on the User information page.

To search by email, enter the first character or first few characters of the Email in the Email box

Username/sso iD: The Username of the user.

To search by Username, enter the first character or first few characters of the Username in the Username/SSO ID box.

User Account status: The User Account Status on the User information page. New: User created but has not logged in with initial credentials

Active: User has changed their initial credentials and accessed ACHAlert locked: User has locked their password

reset: The User has requested a new password via Forgot Password?

First login: User has changed their initial credentials but has not yet accessed ACHAlert reset by BoK Financial: The bank has reset the User to create a new password and Security

Create User

1. setup>Manage Users to open the Users page. User Access Right: Manage Users

2. Click Create New User

Go to User information page 3. Click in the First Name box. Type the

User’s first name.

4 . Middle Name is optional. Click in the Middle Name box. Type the User’s

middle name.

5. Click in the last Name box. Type the User’s last name.

6. Click in the email box. Type the User’s email.

7. Click in the Username box. Type the Username with a minimum of 6 characters and a maximum of 11 characters.

8 . sso iD is not a valid field for standard security.

9 . User status defaults to ACTIVE. Leave as ACTIVE for the User to have access. If INACTIVE, the User will

not have access.

10 . Contact Phone is optional. Click in the Contact Phone box. Type the User’s contact phone number. 11 . sMs Phone is optional. Click in the sMs Phone box. Type the User’s SMS phone number.

12 . User Account status defaults to New and will change after the User changes their initial credentials and

accesses ACHAlert.

New: User created but has not logged in with initial credentials

Active: User has changed their initial credentials and accessed ACHAlert locked: User has locked their password

reset: The User has requested a new password via Forgot Password?

14 . Add Accounts: Select the Accounts the User will have access to and use the arrows in the middle to

15. Select the User Access rights. Check the box to give the User Access Rights.

Manage Users: User has access to create and to edit Client Users.

Setup>Manage Users

Notification rules: User has access to configure Accounts for Alert’s.

Notification rules report: User has access to view Notification Rules for Accounts.

View>Reports>Notification Rules Report

Approved list: User has access to Approved List to add, delete and to edit Companies.

Setup>Approved List

transaction History: User has access to view transactions.

View>Transaction History

Change transaction status: User has access to view transactions and to change the status of

transactions. Must also give User Access Right Transaction History. View>Transaction History

Act on Approved list: User has access to view transactions and to add Company to Approved List.

Must also give User Access Right Transaction History. View>Transaction History

16. Click save

Go to Users page

Success Message: the client user was saved successfully

1. setup>Manage Users to open the Users page. User Access Right: Manage Users

3. Edit the User information as needed.

First Name displays the first name and can be edited. Middle Name displays the middle name and can be edited. last Name displays the last name and can be edited.

Username displays the current Username and cannot be edited.

sso iD is not a valid field for standard security.

User status displays the current status. If the User no longer needs access to the system, use

the dropdown to select INACTIVE. In the future if the User needs access to the system, use the dropdown to select ACTIVE.

User Account status displays the current account status and displays on the User page. New: The User has access to the system with their initial Username and initial Password. Active: The User has access to the system with either:

New Username and New Password from the initial Login, or

New Username from the initial Login and reset Password from Forgot

locked: The User does not have access to the system. The User has either exhausted the Login Attempts, or

A BOK Financial User has changed the User Account Status from Active to Locked

Change Locked to Active: The User has access to the system with their most current

credentials Username, Password and Security Challenge Question Answers.

If the User does not know the Password, click Forgot Password? to receive a temporary Password

If the User does not know the Security Challenge Question answers, contact your Commercial Client Services Professional to request the BOK Financial User Account credentials reset.

reset: The User has requested a temporary password via Forgot Password?

The User has access to the system with their New Username from the initial Login and the temporary Password.

If the User does not know the Security Challenge Question answers, contact your Commercial Client Services Professional to request the BOK Financial User Account credentials reset.

First login: The User has access to the system their New Username and New Password from the

initial Login.

reset by BoK Financial: Bank Customer Support has reset the FI User password and security

challenge questions.

6. Edit the User Access rights as needed. 7. Click save.

Manage Users Page

1. setup>Users>Manage Client Users to open the Users page. User Access Right: Manage Client Users

2. Use the dropdown to select the Client.

3. Click search to display the list of Client Users.

Name: The Name is the First Name and Last Name entered on the User information page.

To search by name, enter the first character or first few characters of the Name in the Name box

email: The Email is entered on the User information page.

To search by email, enter the first character or first few characters of the Email in the Email box

Username/sso iD: The Username or SSO ID of the user.

To search by SSO ID, enter the first character or first few characters of the SSO ID in the Username/ SSO ID box.

User Account status: Is not applicable for Single Sign On and remains New. edit: Click the Edit icon to go to the User’s User information page.

Create User

1. setup>Manage Users to open the Users page. User Access Right: Manage Users

2. Click Create New User

Go to User information page 3. Click in the First Name box. Type the

User’s first name.

4 . Middle Name is optional. Click in the Middle Name box. Type the User’s

middle name.

5. Click in the last Name box. Type the User’s last name.

6. Click in the email box. Type the User’s email.

7. Username is not valid for Single Sign On Security.

2. Locate the User to edit. Click Edit in the Action column to go to the

User information page with the User
