Part 1 Guide
This module is designed to help you work through your inner
blocks and resistance around stepping into your true, vibrant
self so you can live a life you love.
Your beliefs and paradigms have created your current reality,
so to evolve and grow into a more aligned version of yourself
you must first get clear on where you are at right now. This
allows you to release what no longer serves you and what is
holding you back so you can truly start stepping up, peeling
off the layers of subconscious beliefs and layers you have
accumulated in your lifetime and move forward creating your
new best self.

In this module, you'll be getting clear on who your true,
vibrant self really is, so you can fully step into her reality.
It’s so important to know where you want to go and what
your goals are, so you can take focused action to achieve
what you truly desire.
Part 1 of this module will help you create the clarity you need
around where you are currently in your life and where you
want to be. You’ll define your values and create goals that are
aligned with your new best self.
Get started by watching the videos for this module, and then
use the exercises in this guide to support you as you work
through them.

In this exercise you’re going to get clear on your values and create your vision, so you can start setting goals, align yourself more fully with what you truly desire, and turn those desires into your reality. Use the worksheets below with the Values and Goal Setting recording in this module to help you move through this process with more ease. Even if you did define your values in the past, it is a very good
exercise to revisit once a year to make sure it is still aligned with you as you evolved and grown into your next best self.
There is also a Vision Card you can print out and carry with you so your vision is always close at hand and available for you to look at and feel into fully.

Meaning: Did you take advantage of something or someone in the past or
are there any debts that still need repaying? Maybe you owe an old friend
some money or you took something that was not yours to take in the past.
Get very specific and write it all down, no matter how big or how small it
is and how long ago it was.

3. What kind of people are you surrounded with?
Now, just notice for a moment what is happening within you. How do you feel when you're looking at this?
Ask yourself: Would you take your goal if you could have it today? If no, revisit your goal again and create it in a way so it's fully aligned with you.
If you experience fear or disbelief, be assured that all the negative feelings that come up now are from your old paradigm. Your old belief system is talking to you and
holding you stuck in your current reality.

2. What precautions could you put in place so you don't fall into your own
traps? Can you ask a friend to check in with you during this time, ask if you're still on track, and encourage you? Put your alarm clock on the other side of the room so you get up on time. If you like to start your day with exercise, you can also put your
sneakers next to your bed so you start your day effectively, without any excuses. It's

3. Can you set your alarm clock a few minutes earlier to create extra sacred space in the morning? Are there any particular days in the next 30 days that will be most likely stressful, and you're not sure how to navigate them?
It's all about helping you start to respond and not to react. By planning ahead of time and setting yourself up, it's much easier for you to go with the flow and respond to what comes up, instead of reacting and falling into old habits that don't serve you. I encourage you to start going through your life fully aware of your values, destiny, and never allow your old paradigm to control your destiny. This is a work in
progress, and over time, it'll become easier and easier. The important thing is to keep coming back and working on this.
