Flexible

Hold documents for archiving in the
Pending Tray
This useful tool holds incoming documents ready for archiving. It allows staff that do not have access to the accounting system to scan and prepare documents for filing.
Users without access to Sage 200 can capture and hold documents in the Pending Tray until the accounts department is ready to archive the documents.

Any document type can be captured, archived and retrieved including photos, excel spreadsheets, emails and many more.
HM Revenue & Customs Compliance
Spindle Document Capture helps you to comply with HM Revenue & Customs regulations regarding the storage of electronic invoices. You must ensure you adhere to the latest HM Revenue & Customs guidelines.
Integrates with Sage 200
Working with Sage 200, you can capture a variety of incoming documents from a file, scan or from the pending tray including sales orders, purchase orders, supplier invoices, delivery notes, goods received notes, expenses, remittance advices, credit notes and many more.
Batch scanning
You can scan documents individually or in batches, including multi-page documents.
Drag & drop
You can conveniently import electronic documents by dragging attachments or email messages from your inbox or another location into the capture screen in your accounting system or the Pending Tray.
Mobile capture
Ideal for capturing documents on the go, use the Spindle Document Capture mobile app to quickly capture documents or take photos of faulty or damaged goods. Documents and images can be uploaded to the Pending Tray using a
Wi-Fi, 3G or 4G connection.

Easy archiving with barcodes
Instantly associate scanned documents to Sage 200 entries using barcodes.
When entering your order in Sage 200, print off the barcode and place a barcode onto the relevant document. When it is captured by Spindle Document Capture, it will be automatically archived against the relevant entry in Sage 200.
Secure access
Limit access to sensitive documents through secure permissions to approved users only.

Find documents faster through advanced search functionality – available to all employees with permissions.

Spindle Professional
Spindle Professional is a companion solution to Spindle Document Capture. Both systems integrate to allow you to:
– Instantly archive all outgoing documents such as invoices, statements, despatch notes and so on.
– Associate outgoing documents to a Sage 200 entry, such as despatch notes. When the signed document is returned it can be automatically archived.
– Send invoices to clients and automatically attach archived documents, such as signed delivery notes.
