Directory:
Under the directory tab you will then see 3 more options: Personal, Corporate and My Numbers. The personal section is where you can upload numbers that only you will be able to see via your login. The corporate section will show numbers that everyone will be able to see and use. The my numbers section is again specific to your login and in here you can add numbers in that will make setting forwards up much quicker.
NOTE: The corporate directory cannot be updated via the web portal. Any updates that are needed need to be sent into us. To do this go to the corporate directory section in the personal phone manager and click the

This is done by clicking on the symbol of 3 people next to each other underneath the functions section. From the moderator window you can then control the conference, see who has joined the conference, how long is left and you can mute people.
The dial out tab can be used to call out to people and then bring them into the conference.
The find tab can be used to find any conferences that you might need to be a part of. There are various fields that can be filled in, in order to search for a conference.

The Find-Me tab lets you specify a list of phone numbers where a call will be forwarded if you do not answer your phone. This allows a caller to reach you at any one of your designated phone numbers. For example, if you will be away from the office, you can set Find Me to forward calls to your mobile phone number, then your home office phone number, and finally your home number. If you do not pick up the call at any of the destinations, the call will be transferred to voice mail.
