Introduction

PetroSys Solutions Inc. d.b.a. psitechnology (PSI) was founded on one fundamental principal, to bring to the technology market the expertise of total business solutions. Psitechnology is a leading provider of strategic information technology, offering a comprehensive range of products and services. Our company would like to emphasize our experience, capabilities and service. We are a woman owned enterprise, a Texas HUB

corporation and a designated small disadvantaged company by the Small Business Administration.

Psitechnology has been in business for over nineteen (19) years. The company has staffed itself with expertise ranging from over 25 years of experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Our clients have been from the demanding sectors of seismic processing, education research institutions, large commercial clients and federal government contractors. One of the benefits of our experience is that with the large installations we have integrated, we have come to learn that the most fundamental peripheral, such as the disk, can delay a project and its success to the highest degree. Our staff has committed itself to meeting the certification guidelines of all our manufacturers, such as Oracle America. PSI carries specializations in Solaris, Oracle High End Servers, Oracle Mid and Entry level Servers and Oracle T-Series. With the certifications comes an understanding of where technology is going and how to best integrate all components.

Information technology services; such as enterprise system design and integration, storage systems design and integration, backup and disaster recovery, network design and large scale computing services. Additional services include performance analysis, high availability design and integration and data warehouse solutions.

With focus service areas, the integration of printers, plotters, or any peripheral device becomes natural.

Instructions for obtaining Quotes and placing Purchase Orders

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER USING THE DIR

Ordering from the DIR is easy. It is really no different than using most contracts, except that no competitive bids are required. End users or State and Local Agencies not familiar with the DIR may contact psitechnology, visit the DIR website at www.DIR.texas.gov, or contact, the DIR directly at (800) 348-9157.

Anyone using the DIR should follow the following steps to place order:

1. When you are ready to discuss configurations, contact psitechnology at 1-877-738-7679 and ask for any of the contacts on page 8. Or you can access psitechnology DIR home page at

http://psitechnology.com/DIR to configure peripherals or look for item.

2. Call the psitechnology toll hotline or the psitechnology Program Office for the DIR and the sales team will supply a quote sheet. This is your assurance of pricing and availability.

3. Filling out a DIR order is no different than filling out GSA order. Only the contract number is different.

Place all Part numbers, credits, and the quote sheet (or number from it) in your order.

Ordering Installation, Maintenance, and Technical Support Services

Installation, maintenance, and technical support services may be obtained via hourly rate part numbers on the DIR. Please contact psitechnology to obtain a statement of work for services and travel. These services are available on the DIR via hourly rates or for fixed price quotes using part numbers quoted at time of the order . Travel can be billed actual or it can be quoted at fixed price. Fixed price travel is useful when destinations are unknown at the time of order. There are fixed rates and they include hotel, car rental, meals, etc.

Product Warranties

Hardware warranties for most psitechnology products are 12 months. Software warranties are 90-day media only warranties unless otherwise noted.

Hardware warranty and maintenance are mission critical, meaning 24x7 with 2-hour response time. Software annual maintenance entitles the end user to all upgrades and new releases during the maintenance period.

Please make sure you understand what comes with software and hardware warranties and support since Oracle and non-Oracle products differ.

Product Extended Warranty Part Numbers

The extended warranty extends warranty to 36 months. The part number description shows how many months are added onto the existing warranty when the part number is purchased.

Return Policy / RMA’s

All orders for products and services pursuant to this Contract (DIR-TSO-2540) will be placed directly by the Customer with PSI. Accurate Order(s) shall be effective and binding when accepted by PSI; provided that (i) the Order is accompanied by a Purchase Order; (ii) the Order incorporates the Contract; (iii) the fees on the

Purchase Order and Order are the same; and (iv) the Order is executed by the Customer and PSI. Once an order is accepted by the PSI, the Customer’s order is non-cancelable and the sums paid nonrefundable, except as provided elsewhere in the Contract. Written changes by Customer to the ordered hardware prior to

shipment are permitted only in accordance with the change order requirements in the Order and Delivery

Policies, which may be updated from time to time. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if a change order results in

a change order fee, PSI may charge a fee equal to a minimum of 1% of the net charges for the hardware that is

being modified, plus any incremental charges based on the modified part(s). For the avoidance of any doubt,

only the terms specified in PSI’s Order and Delivery Policies that are relevant to order and delivery in the U.S.
