Welcome to Bewley’s Hotel Ballsbridge. Next to the RDS Arena in the heart of Dublin’s exclusive business district and embassy belt, this Ballsbridge hotel is a beautifully restored 19th century building, originally built as a Masonic school. The hotel boasts spacious ensuite accommodation with superbly appointed features.

Tucked away neatly behind stunning greenery and an iconic water fountain the jewel in the crown of the hotel is the recently restored Thomas Prior Hall. The hall once served as the assembly hall for the adjoining Masonic school in the late 19th century. 1. Reservation Policy: Your reservation is considered provisional until we have received a fax or e-mail confi rming all details and requirements. Provisional reservations may be released 24 hours prior to arrival without further notice being given.

2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policies vary by hotel but generally for

standard size meetings cancellations are accepted up to 72 hours prior to arrival, however, we will be obliged to charge the fi rst days room hire if you fail to arrive and do not have a valid cancellation number. For larger events

cancellation charges and schedule will be agreed.

3. Equipment Hire: All additional equipment must be hired 48 hours in advance and can only be done so on receipt of written confi rmation from your company. 4. Car Parking: Complimentary on-site car parking is provided in some

properties. In the others car parking is available at a nominal charge.

5. Refreshments: Break times and fi nal numbers must be confi rmed prior to arrival and reconfi rmed on arrival. Refunds cannot be made after the event so please check the bill prior to departure. Only food and beverage items ordered from the hotel may be consumed on the premises; external catering is strictly forbidden. Breaks scheduled for arrival will be available at that time. Should you feel that you may run late, Conference & Banqueting will need to be informed 30mins in advance or a charge may incur.

6. Payment: Unless a company account has been applied for and authorised in advance, payment in full must be made on departure.

7. The room layout must not be altered and tables cannot be rearranged in any of the meeting rooms unless agreed previously with management. All stands and display notices must be entirely self-supporting. Nails, screws, drawing pins, blue tack, adhesives, sellotape, etc., must not be used on the fl oors, walls, doors or any surface area. Charges for damages will apply.

8. The hotel will not accept any responsibility for any goods lost, damaged or stolen while on the hotel premises.

9. It is illegal to smoke in these premises with the exception of the designated bedrooms.

10. Required: Certifi cate to state equipment / material adheres to Fire Regulations if supplying own.

11. All fi re exits must be kept clear from obstructions.

12. Waste removal: Where signifi cant waste is generated supplementary charges will apply.
