• The customer either uses the web interface provided to him or goes to the nearest MobiTic ticketing agent where the agent books the air ticket for the customer through his mobile by using his mWallet

• The agent selects the suitable flight to the customer after taking his approval, and chooses to pay from his MobiTic m-Wallet to the ai li e s MobiTic m-Wallet

• The payment is processed and upon success, the PNR is generated

• The PNR is sent to the mobile phones of the customer and the booking agent as confirmation of booking, and the ticketing is complete

Components

• M-Ticketing Delivery System is the server side component for generating and sending tickets as SMS, MMS and WAP Push including USSD to mobile phones.

• Providers manage their customers and send Ticket Number or PNR directly to their mobiles as SMS or MMS and through email as entry pass for various events.

Administrator can register Transit Owner into MobiTic

system.

Once Registration is done, the Auto generated User ID

and Password will be sent to Transit Owners.

Transit Owners can change password / set nick name

after logging into system.

Administrator can also define Pricing Policy based on

pricing attributes like Nationality, Age, Class or

combination of any of the attributes.
