The Installation of the Chancellor
Private Function – Venue Theming
This high profile event, attended by dignitaries from across Hampshire, was broadcast live around the university of Southampton and online while it took place at the Turner Sims Concert Hall at the University's Highfield Campus. Moxhams Creative Events supplied lighting, video, sound & staging.
A private birthday party that requirement Moxhams to create a country garden party scene, this involved video mapping of a country backdrop, theming of the space to include grass, tables & chairs, sound, lighting and draping was also provided.
The Rhino Auction – Charity Event
After months of Rhinos having been dotted about the South Coast, Moxhams
was enlisted to provide project management and technical services for the charity auction of these wonderful creatures, lighting, video, sound and staging were all provided.
The Society of Editors Annual Conference
Annual meeting of high profile media editors was held at Southampton's Grand harbour. The event was broadcast live over the internet and on TV. Moxhams project
managed the event, providing lighting, video & Sound.
RETRA Annual Conference
Venue Theming – Boat House 7
This event is the biggest event in RETRAS Calendar with up to 500 members attending. Moxhams works closely with RETRA to project manage the whole event. As part of this process we create content for all the presentations .
Lighting, video, sound & staging also provided for the event.
Venue theming is another element to the Moxhams service. Recently creating a 40m Victorian street scene for Boat House. This included project management, set design, set construction and lighting.
