Tester to Test Lead Transformation
Program Description:
The Tester to Test Lead Transformation program is designed to addressthe role progression of a Tester to a Test Lead. This course is aligned to the typical roles performed by Testers and Test Leads in the IT industry. It focuses on all aspects of the Test Lead Role covering Techniques, Processes and
Standards, Tools & Automation, Management and Soft Skills that eventually leads to transformation into a Test Lead role. This program is of duration of 40 hours of classroom sessions and 30 hours of offline assignments with a recommended delivery period of 5 weeks that will allow the participants to practice, implement and experience the concepts addressed in the sessions.
Post completion of the course, participants will be able to:
Understand the role of a test analyst in a project
Analyze test requirements and identify the tests to be done at various stages in the test lifecycle
Use static testing techniques to uncover defects including missing requirements, incomplete requirements, testability of the requirements etc.

Test Lead to Test Manager Transformation
Program Description:
The Lead to Manager Transformation program is designed to address the role progression of a Test Lead to a Test Manager. This course is aligned to the typical roles performed by Test Leads and Managers in the IT industry. It focusses on all aspects of the Test Manager Role covering Techniques, Processes and Standards, Tools & Automation, Management and Soft Skills that eventually leads to transformation into a Managerial role. This program is of duration of 80 hours for classroom trainings and 48 hours for offline assessments with a recommended delivery period of 3 months that will allow the participants to practice, implement and experience the concepts addressed in the sessions.
Post completion of the course, participants will be able to:
Understand the roles and responsibilities of a Test Manager during the execution of the test program; and the typical challenges faced
Effectively define a risk based test strategy & approach for various types of test projects (either Waterfall or Agile) and develop an effective and implementable project plan

This course is aligned to the typical roles performed by Test Leads and Managers in the IT industry. It focusses on all aspects of the Test Architect Role covering Techniques, Processes and Standards, Tools & Automation, Management and Soft Skills that eventually leads to transformation into an Architect role. This program is of duration of 72 hours of classroom sessions and an additional 48 hours for assignments with a recommended delivery period of 3 months that will allow the participants to practise, implement and experience the concepts addressed in the sessions.
Post completion of the course, participants will be able to:
Understand the roles and responsibilities of a Test Architect
To be able to clearly articulate a technical test strategy for a project / program
To be able to identify customer requirements and be able to position responses that meet operational imperatives of cost, time-to-market, and quality
