DAILY LESSON PLAN

Lesson Plan : KSSR Teaching Writing

Subject : English Language Class : Year 5 Kelisa

Enrollment : 29 (14 boys; 15 girls) Date : 26th July 2016

Time : 7.45 – 8.45 am (60 minutes) Theme : World of Knowledge

Topic 12 : Unique Buildings Focused skill(s) : Writing

Content Standard : 3.1 By the end of the 6 year primary schooling, pupils will be able to form letters and words in neat legible print including cursive writing. Learning standard : 3.1.1 Able to write in neat legible print with correct spelling

(a) sentences

Learning outcomes : By the end of this lesson, pupils should be able to:

(a) complete at least 5 out of 9 words into its correct sentences with the teacher’s guidance.

(b) fill in with correct words in each sentences at least 5 out 11 based on the worksheet given.

(c) write 4 out of 6 sentences in a paragraph form based on the worksheet given.
