IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Stipulation is APPROVED; and

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Policy shall be reinstated and the Cancellation Notice rescinded.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Trustee shall remit payment to BankDirect Capital Finance in the amount of Three Thousand One Hundred Thirty-Three and 84/100 Dollars ($3,133.84) within five (5) business days of entry of the order approving the Stipulation.
