To repeal certain by-laws superseded by the Municipal Code.

(Passed October 6, 1997.) WHEREAS the by-laws set out in the folowing tables have been superseded by chapters, Articles or sections of the Municipal Code and as part of the implementation of the Municipal Code, as set in the Council authorities noted in the table, Council has authorized the repeal of the by-laws after all outstanding prosecutions under the by-law, including any possible appeals, and other matters had been completed;

THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the City of Toronto enacts as follows: The following by-laws are repealed:
