Security Screened Staff

All our staff undergo a full CRB (Criminal Records Beouro) check before they commence any work involving handling sensitive data whether that be; hard drives, backup disk tapes or confidential documents. An individual copy of a staffs CRB record is always carried with them along with a formal ID whilst offsite and they will be happy to produce at your request.

Our secure disposal facility includes onsite CCTV systems which monitor the premises on a day-to-day basis allowing the unloading process of sensitive storage baring devices to be visually documented on arrival.

24 hour Manned Security

Onsite uniformed manned security guards are available onsite 24 hours a day and physically patrol the area each night to ensure no unauthorized access.

Intruder Alarm

An intruder alarm is also visible which sounds and alerts a dedicated 24 hour call centre which then calls all site team members.

Secure Data Storage

Storage mediums awaiting destruction either at a date wiping station or via our onsite shredder are temporarily placed into dedicated steel lockable storage bins. Each bin contains separate compartments allowing mediums to be stored separately in accordance with the organization wherein they originate from. *This storage option is only used as an overspill option when wiping

stations and data shredders are engaged/at full capacity.

Data Safe Logistics Management

Our secure fleet of collection vehicles are solely driven by our internal fully security screened staff. Whilst engaged offside each of the collection team are allocated with a frequency radio allowing staff to communicate with each other up to a 3 mile radius. A collection lead member is always equipped with a telephone wherein they are able to reach head office at all times. At the point of departure, the lead member calls head office to inform them of their expected time of arrival.

Vehicles are fitted with an immobilizer and have central locking allowing it to be sealed when left unattended on site. Whilst in transit, vehicles are never left unattended until returned back to base.

If an organization has separate/loose storage mediums i.e. pre removed hard drives, we allocate a solid secure lockable storage medium container which is solely intended for the purpose of collection sensitive storage baring devices.

Our most commonly used data destruction service is our certified data erasure package which is often included free of charge to organizations on our Tier 2 package.

Our uniformed and security screened collection team collate and mark each component corresponding to the collection. Each storage baring device is transferred back to our 24 hour manned secure disposal facility and erased using CESG certified software.

Data erasure certificates are issued thereafter listing individual serial numbers of the data baring devices which have been fully sanitized.

Our data destruction solutions gives organisations sound peace of mind that their sensitive data is safely, securely and permanently destroyed using industry leading products.

*All storage baring devices are thereafter crushed or shredded with residual components passed on for recycling. No devices are ever used in refurbished equipment.

Alternatively, we offer an onsite data degaussing service whereby our uniformed fully security screened staff will arrive at the scheduled time and date and physically erase data prior to removal of your retired IT assets.

Our services ensure you are compliant with each of these methods.

Once our security screened staff has wiped or degaussed your storage baring device(s) it is then sent to our onsite shredder where it is physically destroyed beyond the point of recovery. For extra peace of mind we invite parties to witness storage devices being shredded to ensure they are 100% satisfied their sensitive information has been destroyed.
