When to Engage CfMC to Address Your Business Needs
When is the right time to bring in CfMC Services to assist with your survey operations? Perhaps you have a complex survey and need an expert in advanced quota management to ensure that you reach the right demographics quickly and efficiently. Or, you may need to have your surveys hosted in a secure and stable environment. Maybe you need to augment your survey operations with CfMC study programming and administration during peak demand periods. You might need help when you have a “monster” project that your staff just doesn’t have the time, skillset, or desire to tackle.

1. Do you have a demanding project that requires expertise beyond the skills of your staff?
o Let us help you get the results you need. Our employees average 15+ years in market research industry experience. They are US-based and are located across all US time zones.
o We excel at delivering studies with high-volume completes, large quotas, complex logic, complex choice algorithms, multiple languages, and more. We can program your surveys with features that provide the look and feel that you require.
o We can also program multi-level, nested quotas. Here’s an example.
Perhaps you need to reach 400 people and want half of them to be males and the other half females. That’s one quota.
You may have another quota for people ages 18 to 34 and a quota for people 35 to 51. You may want these groups to be further nested, where 100 females are in the 18 to 34
group and 100 are 18 to 34.
The groups can be even further nested, where a certain amount of people are from specific regions.
2. Want expert guidance in sample management to increase completed survey responses from
the right demographics?
o Let us help you accelerate and enhance the survey process with advanced quota management capabilities. Our relationships with online sample providers help lower your cost per complete and get you access to quality panel companies.
o The TrueSample™ service helps provide better quality web surveys. CfMC software combined with TrueSample tools allows you to tag and score survey responses/cases with information from key markers that identify multiple attempts from single devices or networks.
This capability is especially useful in multi-panel studies.
The combined solution also helps you identify respondents who display disadvantageous behavior, like straight lining.
All the scoring data resides in your CfMC data file so that you can filter your results to determine which responses should be included, which are discarded, and which ones are suspect.

3. Is your company growing but cannot yet afford to add headcount? Do you need someone to
help during peak seasons or when programmers are on vacation to do a project?

6. Did your long-term client request Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and you don’t have the
capability in-house to field an IVR study?
o We can provide programming, hosting, and management capabilities.
o Our IVR-as-a-Service offering can help you set up and run an IVR survey without the need for you to invest in new technology or infrastructure.
7. Switching Between Modes. Are you interested in conducting a survey seamlessly from one
mode to another, such as from online to phone?
o We can do the programming to help you move from online, to on-phone, or to mobile device as needed.
o You can start your survey online, which is the least-expensive mode, and move to on-phone to help meet quota requirements and obtain early insights.
8. More and more respondents are using SmartPhones. Do your surveys need to be optimized
for mobile devices?
o We provide mobile detection & let you control if the respondent can proceed, will the same survey be optimally rendered for that device, or will a different survey be rendered (perhaps shorter).
o We can also report survey completes by device.

9. Do you need to outsource your survey platform hosting?
o We offer hosted solutions, which can give you the confidence that your data is secure, the software is up-to-date, and your server is ready for more respondents and more projects. o In addition, our experts can program and host web surveys and can assist with any of your
programming and data management needs.
o These capabilities free up your system administrator to work on other projects. By providing programming services, we can act as an extension of your staff on your hosted (SaaS or cloud) environments.
DATA PREPARATION , ANALYSIS AND VISUALIZATION
10. Do you need someone to process your survey data — even if the data was collected with a
third-party software provider?
o No problem. We can work with many types of data and convert this information to a wide range of output formats to fit your needs.
o We can also create tabulations utilizing any of these formats.
11. Do you need assistance merging multiple data databases into one consistent dataset?
o We can help you do this so that the files have uniform data, such as a consistent member ID, consistent code structure, etc.
o When we perform open-end (or verbatim) coding, for example, we look at the open ends and create codes to provide a separate data file. We can merge the coded data with the survey data.
12. Want to make your data come alive with charts and graphics?
o We offer data visualization services that transform your respondent data into charts and dashboards to assist your analysis and preparation of client reports.
