Ray Gold – General Manager, President
32 years of experience in IT industry experience, handling service delivery, sales & marketing management, general operations, accounting and human resources. Skills include project management, consulting and customer service coordination.

Steve Zachocki – Sales Manager, Vice President
Began his career working in bank operations in 1983 as Assistant Accounting Manager and then Assistant Operations Manager. Has 25 years of experience in IT and Security Industry. Skill sets include sales engineering, product research, system design, project management and policy development.

Pete Busam – Strategic Consultant
With over 30 years of successfully operating solution providers, Pete has been recognized by CRN Magazine, Philadelphia Business Journal, Inc. Magazine and most recently the MSP Mentor 250 Executives list. He was a member of the HP, Microsoft Council and many other industry advisory councils.
He currently serves as a member of the Burlington County College Foundation Board of
Trustees, Peirce College IT Academic Advisory Board, The Southern New Jersey Business Council, and the Technology Committee of the Southern New Jersey, NJ Economic Development Council, and the Burlington County Institute of Technology Jobs-to-Work Advisory Group.

Chuck Cole - Service Manager/Senior Network Engineer
Chuck excels in Cisco routers and switches also SonicWALL firewalls. He has great knowledge of Microsoft suite including Exchange 2003/2007/2010/2013, Server 2003/2008/2012, Active Directory, SharePoint, Windows 7/8, Office 2010, Visio and Hyper V. He also has great knowledge in VMware, Symantec Backup Exec, Endpoint and Ghost. Chuck also works with BDR’s, TCP/IP, SANS, VPN, Mobility- PDA’s, Barracuda Spam Filter, Desktop Central, VoIP, MSP (Labtech), DVR’s, IP cameras, Cat 5 and 6 cabling and HP printers, desktops, servers.

Dan Uelman – Network Engineer - Level II

Rob Chapin – Network Engineer – Level II
Rob has experience with Exchange 2003/2007/2010/2013, Server 2003/2008/2012 including Active Directory, File and Print Server, Group Policy, and basic skills in IIS 6 and 7. Has managed Windows XP/7/8, and Windows embedded OS’s used in thin client terminals. Rob also has experience with Office 2003/2007/2010/2013, Microsoft Hyper V and VMWare ESX
virtualization, SonicWALL, Ruckus, and Ubiquity wireless solutions. Has worked with Symantec Backup Exec and End Point Protection, TCP/IP, VPN, VoIP, and BDR devices. Has experience with the Nessus vulnerability scanner and maintaining compliance with regulatory bodies such as the FDIC, HIPAA, and NCUA.
