“I’ve never been interested in joining the staff of a restaurant, or opening one of my own – education is my real passion. I travel to different schools in my region to work with the kitchen staff as a trainer, but even better, I work with students of all ages, including kids living in poverty who don’t know much about nutrition. It’s important to teach them about the healthier choices they can make. I put on cooking demos at the schools, and we cook together and have a great time.
