ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I wish to participate as a Mentee in the YLS Mentoring Program in accordance with its rules and regulations. I understand that my participation in the YLS Mentoring Program is contingent upon the approval of my application by the YLS-Law School Mentoring Committee.

The information submitted herein is accurate to the best of my knowledge. I certify that I meet all of the Mentee Requirements, which I checked-off above.

I understand that the Mentor with whom I am matched is ultimately determined and approved by the YLS-Law School Mentoring Committee and there is no guarantee that I will be matched to a particular Mentor or to any Mentor. I understand that Mentees will be matched with Mentors on a “first come, first serve” basis and that every effort will be made to accommodate preferences where they are made known to the YLS-Law School Mentoring Committee.

I agree to commit to the YLS Mentoring Program the time reasonably necessary to successfully receive mentoring from the Mentor with whom I am paired.
