Preface

DOLFIN Engineering and Construction Ltd. was established in 2006 to first serve various

con-sultancy, engineering and control works.

While DOLFIN Engineering and Construction Company is executing all of its activities in

com-pliance with the requirements defined in International Standard ISO 9001 Quality Management

System, in order to achieve the best solution, expectations and requirements of Clients and

Employees are of top priority at all times.

In consideration of consultancy services to be given, DOLFIN Engineering and Construction

Company has been acting mostly in the fields of oil and gas pipelines, oil and gas facilities and

industrial facilities . Regarding the construction works, it has been specialized in construction

of mostly the subsurface facilities such as pipelines, river bed training works, erosion

protec-tion structures, reinstatement works, etc.

DOLFIN Engineering and Construction Company aims to accelerate its growing rate, tends to

spread and increase its services within the global market with foreign partners and wants to

share its future achievements with its nation.

is managed by Adnan KOÇAK.

DOLFIN Engineering and Construction Ltd. who is acting in Construction Sector was established in

2006 by Adnan KOÇAK who is currently serving as General Manager of the Company. The founder,

who graduated from ITU Civil Engineering Department and started his working life in 1991, has been

working in different private construction companies until 2006 and at BOTA Petroleum Pipeline

Corporation Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan Crude Oil Pipeline Project Directorate between the years 2003 and

2005.

The Company, who was giving rather consultancy services in 2006 and 2007, has started construction

works in 2008 with BOTA International Limited irketi (BIL) and Baku-Tibilisi-Ceyhan Pipeline

Com-pany Turkey Branch (BTC Co.) , the operator comCom-pany of the BTC Pipeline, and has completed various

repair and construction works along the BTC Pipeline in 2008 and 2009 as Contractor.

We as DOLFIN Engineering and Construction Ltd. family, who has formed with the contributions of

each technical personnel specialized in their fields, and other administrative and supportive staff, would

like to present our respects to you.

Quality Policy

DOLFIN Engineering and Construction Company committed to a

Quality Policy of meeting all requirements of its Clients at all times

and at minimal cost. All employees are responsible for performing all

the works with the best quality.

To ensure that, all our personnel are fully delegated to fulfill the

quality requirements, to improve our construction quality, to maintain

the Company’s competitive advantage, to constitute Client’s

satis-faction and to provide compliance with the requirements defined in

ISO 9001:2008 International Standard.

For these reasons, we have adopted our Quality Policy as;

Health and Safety Policy

DOLFIN Engineering and Construction Company aims to provide

sustainability of the Health & Safety Policy and safe working

conditions and practices while it is executing the works. In this

regard, we have adopted our Health and Safety Policy as;

To provide continuous improvement on Health & Safety Policy,

To use such technologies and methods that primarily keeps human health during our

ac-tivities,

To eliminate the Health & Safety risks by taking preventive actions,

To eliminate the possible accidents and occupational diseases at source,

Environmental Policy

DOLFIN Engineering and Construction Company aims to realize

the following principles regarding environment as part of our

engi-neering and contracting business:

To follow up and implement the existing law, legal arrangements and regulations

administrative arrangements and naturally dependant rules, to obey the rules of the

or-ganizations at which we have a membership,

To take preventive actions for the accidents and emergency cases,

To follow up and use the best technologies that enables us efficient use of the raw

ma-terials, natural resources and energy,

To prevent the ground, water and air pollution with the understanding of continuous

de-velopment,

To minimize the noise effect and solid, liquid (fuel, oil etc.) and gaseous wastes which

are released to the environment,

As far as possible, to reuse, recycle and minimize the wastes at source and to dispose

the non- recoverable wastes by using safe suitable methods,

To train the subcontractors’, suppliers’ and our employees to be attained the

aware-ness about environment,

Under the conditions that could not be interfered, not to get involved the services which

could have adverse effects on the environment,

To share the experiences that are gained about environment with the public, private

sector and non-governmental organizations mutually,

Within the scope of activities, to take care about the efficient use of natural resources,

recycling and saving of the sources.

30,000 m2 Construction of Water Bottling Plant

This Project was an Investment Project of Police Fund Company. Scope of Project : The Facility Works on 30,000 m2 includes:

SteelWorks,Infrastructure and Superstructure Works,Mechanical and Electricalworks.

Construction Area: 30,000 m2 Construction Date: 2010-2011

Turkey Bolu , Total Area 630,000 m2 , 70,000 m2 Highway Shopping Center, 3 Nos of Fuel Station and 3 Nos. of Service areas Construction Project on the Highway between Istanbul and Ankara.

POLSAN was one of the biggest Partner on this Project.

Scope of Project : The Facility Works on 630,000 m2 includes: SteelWorks,Infrastructure and Superstructure

Works,Mechanical and Electricalworks.

Construction of emergency housing after Ceyhan Earthquake in a very limited time such as 8 months.

Scope of the Project : 540 apartments, complete infrastructure works, internal roads, water, stormwater & sewer network, electric & communication network and landscaping.

PHASE 2 OFFSHORE SECTION ÇANAKKALE – TURKEY

Turkey-Greece Natural Gas Pipeline Project - Offshore Part Construction. 36" pipeline is 17 km in legth and 68 m in depth within the sea.

Construction Date: 2005-2006

OHS JOINT VENTURE

Samsun-Ankara Blue Stream Natural Gas Pipeline Project

Construction, installation and commissioning of 500 km, 48’’ dia., 14,3mm wall thickness, API 5L GrX65 natural gas pipeline from Samsun to Ankara, which known as “BLUE STREAM” Pipeline.

The project aims transportation of Russian natural gas to Mediterranean sea through Black Sea and Turkish distribution lines.

Works done in the scope of the Project:

• 7 ea 16’’ branch valves and 1500 class 16 billion m3/year capacity “pressure reducing and measurement” station,

• 4 ea 48’’ pigging stations, • 17 ea 48’’ line valves,

• Excavation & backfilling of 500 kms, 48’’ dia. Pipeline,

• Railway, highway and river crossings through the line via micro-tunneling method, • NDT tests, hydraulic pressure tests and cathodic protection.

Construction Date: 1999-2001

Samsun Tekkekoy Pressure Reducing and Metering Station Construction Project

EPIC (Engineering procurement installation and commissioning) of a 1500 class Natural Gas Pressure Reducing and Metering Station having capacity of 16 billion m3 per year.
