BL Mobile Banking

Connect to your accounts on your smartphone

using the BL Mobile Banking app.

BL Mobile Banking is a free application that allows you to consult your accounts and bank 24 hours a day from your iOS (iPhone) or Android mobile device. Equipped with a high level of security, the BL Mobile Banking app is designed to be used in addition to the e-banking website and offers services for banking on the move.

With BL Mobile Banking…

• Consult your account balance and account movements for the past two months • Transfer money between your accounts

• Make transfers to your predefined list of beneficiaries • Contact your adviser

• Check fund prices and performance for Banque de Luxembourg funds • Find useful numbers

• Locate branches and ATMs in Luxembourg

• Find out the latest news and order brochures and other literature from Banque de Luxembourg

• Generate a One-time password to connect to the e-banking website

What you need to download the BL Mobile Banking app

• On-line access to your accounts using Digipass or Digipass Mobile • An iOS (iPhone) or Android-based mobile device

Download and install

Instructions for iOS-based devices

(iPhone / iPod Touch / iPad)

D Start the App Store

• Enter ‘Banque de Luxembourg’ in the search field • Select BL Mobile Banking from the search results • Click on the ‘Free’ button

• Click ‘Install’

Instructions for Android-based devices

D Start the Play Store app

• Enter ‘Banque de Luxembourg’ in the search field • Select ‘BL Mobile Banking’ in the search results • Click on the ‘Download’ button

Alternatively, scan the QR code to download the BL Mobile Banking app directly onto your iOS or Android-based mobile device.

Launch and configure

BL Mobile Banking

If you have received a BL Mobile Banking envelope

Requirements: take the envelope (FDL*******) you received from your adviser, which contains:

- your ‘Serial Number’

- your ‘Activation Code’ for BL Mobile Banking

D Launch the BL Mobile Banking app

• On the application home page, select ‘Identification’ • Select the ‘Digipass Mobile’ option and enter the

information required

D Enter the information contained in the envelope you received from your adviser

• In the ‘Serial Number’ field, enter the 7-digit Serial Number • In the next field, enter the 20-digit Activation Code (no spaces)

• Select a Local Password and confirm it in the ‘Confirm Local Password’ field before clicking ‘Activate’

NB: The Local Password must be at least 6 characters long and should contain letters and/or numbers. You will need this password each time you need to generate a One-time password to identify yourself on the BL Mobile Banking app.

Keep the envelope containing your Serial Number and Activation Code in a safe place. You may need it if you have to reconfigure your mobile device.

If you have a Digipass device

If you wish to connect to the BL Mobile Banking app but have not yet received your access codes, please contact your adviser.

BL Mobile Banking can be used with your Digipass device until you receive your Digipass Mobile access.

D Click on the home page and select ‘Identification’

• Enter the ‘Local Password’ you have selected and click ‘Generate’ • Enter your USER-ID and Password

• Click on the ‘Confirm’ button

Connecting using Digipass

D Click on the home page and select ‘Identification’ • Enter your USER-ID and Password

• Enter the One-time password (press on the button of your Digipass device to generate this) and click on the ‘Send’ button

How to generate

a One-time password

Generate a One-time password in the BL Mobile Banking

application to connect to the e-banking website on your

Mac or PC.

Instructions for iOS-based devices (iPhone / iPod Touch / iPad)

D Go to the home page and select One-time password

• Enter the Local Password you have chosen and click on the ‘Send’ button • Use the generated One-time password to connect to the e-banking website

on your Mac or PC

Instructions for Android-based devices

D Go to the home page and select “Identification”

• Enter the Local Password you have chosen and click on the ‘Send’ button • Use the generated One-time password to connect to the e-banking website

Changing connection mode

If you wish to connect to BL Mobile Banking app but do not have your access codes, please contact your adviser.

Two days after you receive the envelope containing your BL Mobile Banking identifiers, click on ‘Preferences’ in the application. Select the Digipass Mobile connection mode and enter the information required as shown above.
