Newsletters
Be part of our newsletters: whether it’s to inform our readers of your promotions, new product announcements, or of your participation in the Show.
Increase your visibility to our 36,000 readers and more… your future clients!
Four newsletters will be sent between September and the evening prior to the Show opening. This showcase will enable you to sell your products and services to a targeted readership group. Our subscription database is growing constantly and updated on a continual basis, keeping only those who wish to receive our newsletters.
Our average open rate is 29%.

The exhibitor web button
Import our logo and include it on your web site. Your clients will therefore be able to click and get direct access to exclusive promotions, contests, conference information and attractions that the Show has to offer.

Your logo on Show floor plan
Have your company logo printed on the Show floor plan which will be at the Show’s information booth, distributed to visitors as well as on the final floor plan appearing in our web site. You must have at least a 200 ft2 booth and send us your logo in eps format.

Banner on Show’s official WEB site
We are proud to say that our web site generates 36,500 unique visitors in the 3 months preceding the Show opening. Jump on this opportunity to increase your company, country, destination visibility and place a banner on our web site. Approximately 65% of visitors consult our site before coming to the Show. Visitors want to see what exhibitors will be there, plan their visit and purchase online tickets.
The banner will appear 60 days prior to the event and be on our site for 1 full year.

Conferences
- Option 1 :
Are you comfortable with and good at public speaking? You have travel industry related information that you would like to share. Why not present conferences! As a matter of fact, over 43% of visitors attend our conferences.
Our visitors have been showing more and more interest. We listened and now boast a larger space and a brand new conference room:
- Located at the start of the path - 80-seat-capacity
- Backup audio-visual system - Full-time on site technician
- Reduced number of time-slots thus offering more time for speakers; 30 minutes - Private section with tables & chairs to meet with potential clients after your conference - On site display of conference schedules
- Publication of schedules in the official Show guide and on our web site - Limit of 6 time-slots per client (2 per day)

Floor decals (stickers)
An inexpensive means of communication! Advertising through floor decals increases your company, country, destination visibility, adds value and dynamics to your brand image. 10 footprint shaped self-adhesive stickers on the floor in the aisles leading to your booth.

Advertising in the official Show Guide
With over 100,000 printed copies, this is THE reference guide for visitors! Our Show Guide is distributed in La Presse (newspaper) on October 17th and at the Show entrance. Visitors refer to our guide both before and for months after their visit for information.

Distribution of flyers
You can hand out promotional items or flyers at the Show entry or at the Terrasse located inside the Show. Note that this opportunity does not include a host/ess and that you are responsible in providing your own to distribute your promotional material.
