Salesperson Prelicense

A candidate for a salesperson’s real estate license in Georgia must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.

• Be a high school graduate or the holder of a certificate of equivalency.

• Successfully complete a Commission-approved Salesperson Prelicense Course of at least 75 hours, including a proctored exam, at an approved school such as Georgia MLS Training Institute.

• Pass a state examination approved by the Commission.

REFUND POLICY

In-class course fees are non-refundable. Tuition is good for one (1) year from enrollment date. A transfer fee applies to students who need to reschedule.

Salesperson Prelicense computer-based course fees are refundable within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase. Course must be completed within 180 days from the date of purchase. History
