From the moment you arrive our team will provide a warm festive welcome and the Hall will be decked with all the trimmings of the season. You can look forward to chef’s delicious festive feasts, mince pies fresh from the oven, Christmas carols by the log fire, our renowned Christmas quiz, local pantomime, and Santa might even deliver some presents.
Christmas Eve
Arrive to a warm festive welcome from the Gisborough Hall team and a selection of afternoon tea canapés. Unpack and settle into your room before joining us by the log fire for a carol concert. As you await dinner, sit back and enjoy live music, a selection of canapés and a glass of fizz.
Christmas Day
Start the day with a hearty full Yorkshire breakfast and if you’re feeling energetic take a stroll in the surrounding countryside to build up an appetite for lunch. Lunch will start with a Champagne reception as chef prepares a delicious three-course meal, followed by coffee and mince pies. In the afternoon the Queen’s speech will be showing in the Inner Hall, where you can enjoy homemade Christmas cake and coffee by the log fire. To continue the festive feasting, enjoy chef’s evening carved buffet.
Boxing Day
After a good night’s sleep, a full Yorkshire breakfast will be waiting. If you’re feeling brave, head to the coast to watch a ‘Boxing Day dip’ or for something a little warmer, grab a seat by the log fire and relax. At lunchtime chef will prepare an informal buffet and the fun will follow with a trip to the local pantomime. In the evening join us for a cocktail reception, black tie dinner and fun casino.

Celebrate the New Year at our Ball. Start the evening’s festivities with a glass of fizz and canapés whilst chef prepares a special gala dinner. After dinner, live band Chameleon will perform followed by our resident DJ, playing in to the early hours.

Join Sleeping Beauty this festive season at our fun-filled family pantomime.
