Our Business Partner program is designed to equip you with
a comprehensive knowledge of everything Unleashed. This
knowledge will enable you to provide your clients with the
support and insight they need to make better business decisions.

Whether you’re an accountant, bookkeeper or business consultant, this enables you to increase the overall value and service you can deliver.
A HELPING HAND TO GET STARTED
It might take a few weeks for your consultants to complete the Unleashed University course. But if you can’t wait to get started in delivering an awesome business outcome for your clients then our experts are on hand. We will help you to get your first two clients on board as part of our service to you. Then if you require assistance with further implementations our experts are available to work with you for a fee.
EASILY MANAGE YOUR UNLEASHED CLIENTS
All your clients will be managed through an Unleashed Partner Portal – you will be able to access their accounts at any time.
SUPPORT, LOTS OF IT
If something crops up, you’re not on your own. Our team knows all there is to know about Unleashed (without being know-it-alls) and are only an email away. Our online support community is also a great place to learn from partners and clients who have asked a similar question or been in the exact same pickle as you.
SALES & MARKETING RESOURCES
In accessing the Unleashed University you will also get access to our Business Partner resource library with presentations, sales and marketing tools and other training materials to help you help your clients.
WEBSITE LISTING
Once you have one Unleashed Trained Consultant on your staff and at least one client using
Unleashed, you can be listed as an Unleashed Business Partner on unleashedsoftware.com. To keep your listing live, after the first year you will need to have a minimum of three active Unleashed clients and one trained consultant.
PROMOTION OF YOUR SUCCESS
Be as proud of your work as we are. We want to help you be as successful as possible and get your name out there as an Unleashed Business Partner. If you tell us about a customer implementation that you’re proud of, we can take it from there. We will write up the case study and publish it on unleashedsoftware.com as well as your Business Partner profile – making sure the part you played is recognised. Naturally not all nominations will result in a case study (we are a small team) - but we do our best to cover as many as we can in a year.

Unleashed Trained Consultants
As a Business Partner you receive 24/7 access to the Unleashed University so you can learn at your own pace, in your own place. It delivers everything you and your team will need to know to sell, set up and support Unleashed's powerful inventory management software. It uses a sophisticated online learning management system that will be constantly updated. The training content is mobile friendly and available for you to complete when and where you want to. It’s designed to build your skills in Unleashed while being interactive and fun.
Everyone that completes the training will be awarded our “Trained Consultant” certification and badge. Once your business has one Trained Consultant and at least one Unleashed customer on board, you can be listed on our website as a certified Unleashed Business Partner. And that’s when the real fun begins.

NEW FEATURE TRAINING
At Unleashed we release new product features throughout the year. As a partner you’ll receive advanced notification and training for all new features that are released so you have time to upskill yourself before the feature is released to your customers.
ANNUAL RE-CERTIFICATION
To ensure the integrity of the Business Partner program you’ll be required to brush up on your Unleashed skills on an annual basis. Re-certification is required to maintain your Business Partner listing on unleashedsoftware.com.

FAQ’s
IS THE BUSINESS PARTNER PROGRAM RIGHT FOR ME?
Yes. If your clients sell stuff, then they probably need an inventory system and you should be helping them with that. Unleashed is designed to make inventory management easy. Because it’s online you can see exactly what your clients are doing as they do it. You can use that intelligence to help them make better business decisions - adding value where it’s most needed. The Business Partner program enables you to stay right on top of not only the latest developments within Unleashed’s software but in inventory management across the board. The Unleashed University provides you with unprecedented training and resources to help you and your team become experts, and it’s all available online 24/7.
WHAT DOES IT COST?
$199 per trained consultant, per year, if you live in NZ, North America or Australia; in the UK it’s £99; Everywhere else it is calculated in US$199. This provides you with the license for one person to access the Unleashed University for a year and gives your business access to Unleashed rewards, support and resources. The license needs to be renewed annually and all trained consultants are required to complete an annual refresher exam to keep their certification current.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET SOMEONE CERTIFIED?
Well, it is a University…so it isn’t a five minute process. We estimate that someone with reasonable knowledge of business process should take an hour per section. There is a test at the the end of each section so you’ll know you have grasped the concept - if you are confident that you know it all you can skip the learning part and go straight to the test.
CAN I SIGN UP CLIENTS BEFORE ANYONE ON OUR TEAM IS CERTIFIED?
Yes. We don’t want anyone to miss out. To cover the gap between signing up and certification, we will provide remote assistance with the implementation of up to two clients. This should give you enough time to get someone certified; if you are a sales superstar and need help beyond this then we will address that at the time.
DOES MY COMPANY HOLD THE PARTNER LICENSE, OR THE CERTIFIED EMPLOYEE?
The company holds the license. While the employee is certified this is specifically tied to your license and if they change employment they will need to re-certify for that
qualification to be recognised on the new employer’s license.
WHAT HAPPENS IF A TRAINED CONSULTANT LEAVES PART WAY THROUGH THE ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD?
As it’s the company that holds the license, you are entitled to re-allocate that license to a new employee. This is your responsibility and can easily be done in the partner portal. If the newly allocated employee is new to Unleashed, they will need to complete the full certification to become a trained consultant. Remember as you need to have at least one trained consultant on staff to be known as a Business Partner, if your only trained consultant leaves, your status will be removed and won’t be reinstated until a new person is trained.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I HIRE A TRAINED CONSULTANT?
Even though they have been certified as an Unleashed trained consultant in a previous role, they will still be required to re-certify. This is for your benefit. You will know that their knowledge is as up-to-date as possible and it safeguards you against any bogus applicants. You’ll also need to become an Unleashed Business Partner, if not already, and pay the annual license fee.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I LET MY BUSINESS PARTNER SUBSCRIPTION LAPSE?
You will lose your reward and ‘detach’ from your clients. We will notify the clients to update billing details within four days so they can continue to use the system and just pay Unleashed Software directly. You will no longer be able to log into those client’s systems with your partner license.
IS THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF CLIENTS I NEED TO BE AN UNLEASHED BUSINESS PARTNER?
To be listed as a Business Partner on our website you need to sign up at least one client to Unleashed during the first year. In subsequent years, a minimum of three Unleashed clients are required to maintain your Business Partner status and be listed as a Business Partner in the directory at unleashedsoftware.com.
DO I RECEIVE A REWARD IF I SELL AN UNLEASHED UNIVERSITY LICENSE TO MY CLIENT?
