REGISTRATION DEADLINE:

Please be aware that attendance is significantly limited, and we will

not accept any on-site registrations at the conference. Registration is on-line only and is first

come, first served. We encourage you to register early. When we reach registration capacity, we

will maintain a waitlist and reach out to people on the waitlist if capacity becomes available.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Registrants will receive a full refund if cancellation notice is received by July

20, 2021. After this date, a $150 cancellation fee will be assessed. Cancellations after July 29, 2021 will not receive a refund of any part of the registration fee, but you may substitute an attendee by notifying Superconference prior to August 3, 2021.
