Coordinated George Mason’s School of Nursing Summer Camp with INOVA System 2004 to 2011
Coordinated with INOVA and George Mason’s student nurses, for one day each week for 6 weeks, demonstrate and do a return
demonstration, what students learn in their nursing lab. During the first four weeks, this includes how to administrate oral medications, put on sterile gloves, change a simple wound care, listen to their own hearts, lungs and abdominal sounds. During the last two weeks students demonstrate the SimMan and Sim Baby and have the students do a return demonstration.
