ABSTRACT: Online forums provide a superb platform for learning and connecting participants across the world.
However, only a couple of them are suitable for learning. The main objective of the study is to know how satisfied users are with various aspects of the Stack Overflow forum and the way effective it's as a learning platform. The results reveal that Stack Overflow might not support the training needs of latest learners.
This website Online Discussion Forum is formed for providing a platform for having discussions. This forum provides the platform under one of to interact with different members which maybe the experts in particular field or a normal employee for seeking or to give advices. An online space on which anybody can have discussions regarding any research, academic documents or any latest technology freed from cost. A website which helps to resolve doubts, queries associated with any field by having discussion with other registered users.

I. INTRODUCTION
The main purpose of this website is to develop a one platform for the effective interaction, effective exposure, and a right direction toward communication. Our aim is to provide our users an opportunity to enhance their knowledge by sharing their views on this platform by having discussions with other user. This website will act as a healthy question which helps to give and get effective solutions with best of their experience This website is made for providing a platform for having discussions. This forum provides the platform under one roof to interact with different members which maybe the experts especially field or a traditional employee for seeking or to offer advices. An online space on which anybody can have discussions regarding any research, academic documents or any latest technology free from cost. A website which helps to Resolve doubts having discussions with other registered users.
Online Options and Answer forums like Quora and Stack Overflow are emerging as platforms that enable large users to interact on common topics of interest. Stack Overflow is specifically for people discussing on computer programming languages like and Java, C , C++. Currently Stack Overflow has more than five lakh users and large amount questions. Stack Overflow follows a Question and Answer format and there are strict standards on the manner in which users can interact on the forum. Due to the volume of questions available on the forum, users are using Stack Overflow not just as a Options and Answer forum but also as a learning.

I. Search Questions :-
On the visiting of site user will get search box where user can search their own questions and if he/she found the question he/she can read the answer without login.

If user will not find the their question they can ask their questions.
III. Reply Answers :-
On other site if user knows the answer of any question they can reply their answers on specific questions.
IV. Vote for an Answers
User can vote for an answers if they like it.
V. Follow Peoples :-
If user want all update from another peoples then user can follow them and user will get notification of that followed peoples.
VI. Get Notifications :-
If someone make a post related to user designation then user will got notified. And also all other notifications.
VII. Keep track of self report :-
User can keep the track of his all record. Like how many questions and answers they have posted, their followers and followings etc.
IV. OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT
We put our complete effort in order to provide a complete solution to the target users under one roof. It is a website to give knowledge. Our aim is to help the passionate people to share their views with its purity and trust. Here different users can guide each other on various aspects. Beyond this our website will give the opportunity to every user say “a lot of eminent personalities within the institute who can share their bright knowledge over the website”. This website also gives the opportunity to the employees for share of knowledge and for utilization of the efforts by gaining the knowledge.
V. WORKING MODULE
5.1 Admin module
This is a Master creation Module. It will look after and control all the discussions being created and posted. Once the questions and answers are created and posted the admin has the authority to see and alter those questions and answers. This module is only for admin members who have all permissions which normal user don’t have.
5.2 Registration Module
This module is totally responsible for registering new users. New user have to enter their details and register itself. This module cross check user enter data with already existing users and verify that data if it is valid data or not.
5.3 Profile Module
Among that in this module user can see their all record like posted questions and answers, followers and followings etc and also user can edit their profile here.
5.4 Discussion Module
This is main module of our website. All user can intract with eatch other see questions and post answers, follow peoples and vote answers.

VII. DISADVANTAGES
Text based online discussion of necessity excludes some people. Busy online discussions forums may cause information overload. Participant may accidentally go off topic within a particular discussion thread. The time lag between commenting and in receipt of a response can seem an time without end. The Q&A forum may feel inefficient for an individual. Q&A forum can feel inaccessible and separating for people who like to learn in groups. Q&A forum can feel purposeless for people used to being spoon fed.
VIII. CONCLUSION
This forum is can successfully run on any browser and also any mobile device. It is very useful new learners and the peoples those want to share their knowledge. The website is very user friendly and easy to explore. Rather than asking and sharing answers users can connect and follow each other. This forum will result in minimize the gap between new learners and knowledge sharers. In the uses of this forum or website users don’t need to search numbers of websites for finding their answers. In future various update can be perform on forum.
