Certificates of Deposit (CDs)

Prior to Maturity

• There will be no change in your existing CD rate, term or account agreement until maturity.

• Prior to your maturity date, you will receive a CD renewal notice in the mail.

At Maturity

• Accounts with terms of 32 days or more will have a 10 calendar-day grace period after the maturity date during which you can withdraw funds, add funds or change the term without penalty. Accounts with terms of 31 days or less will have a one calendar-day grace period after the maturity date during which you can withdraw funds, add funds or change the term without penalty.

• If you do not notify us of any changes once you receive your renewal notice, we will automatically renew your CD on your maturity date for the same term (or the most similar term available) at the interest rate available at that time.

• Upon renewal, First Niagara procedures for calculating interest and penalties will apply.
