Many carriers use a “follow the sun” approach, handing off customer service from one Network Operations Center (NOC) to the next as day turns to night. Not KDDI. Every NOC is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Management of your services is assigned to a specific NOC in our network
— but every NOC is linked to the same trouble-ticket system and customer database, which lets us handle performance issues end-to-end. For international circuits, we are staffed with individuals who are prepared to talk to last-mile providers in their native language, in countries around the world.
