GENERAL PRICING AND ORDER INFORMATION

PAYMENT TERMS

To maximize the quality of your finished product, vector art files are highly recommend. Our preferred file format for vector art files is Adobe Illustrator (.AI) or Encapsulated Postscript (.EPS) Do not send Corel Draw Files in their native form -- please convert them to .PDF format prior to sending.

For photographs, the preferred file formats are .PSD and .JPG, and the minimum resolution should be 300 dpi at finished size.

If you plan to crop your photo, please leave 1/8" (minimum) for us to use as a bleed area. If a bleed area is not provided, it may be necessary to add a solid border around your photograph.

Trademarked material may not be reproduced without the consent of the trademark holder. It is the customer's responsibil- ity to identify trademarked material and to seek authorization for use prior to submitting to Time Frame.

For small orders of trophy components (100 inserts or less), US Priority Mail may be used, but a $2.00 handling fee shall apply.

All other shipments shall be made by UPS Ground or Express Services (Next Day Air / 2-Day Air / 3-Day Express).

Time Frame is not responsible for the on-time delivery perfor- mance of UPS or the US Postal Service.

For product shipped via UPS, should the carrier determine that a package has been lost or damaged, Time Frame will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf, and replace the shipment at no additional cost. (Note: this offer does not apply to late shipments, nor does it apply to packages shipped via US Postal Service at all.)

Orders may be paid via MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover.

Credit card information must be received prior to production.

Credit card payments shall be processed on the day of shipment. A packing slip and a "paid in full" invoice shall be included along with your product.

All prices shown in this price list are NET wholesale prices.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

The prices shown within supersede all previous price lists, quotes, and all prior sales transactions. (Note: Historical pricing will not be taken into account during order entry.) A $10 minimum, before shipping charges, shall apply to all orders.

Availability of items is not guaranteed. For large orders of promotional items, please call to confirm availability of hardware before quoting your customer.

All orders that utilize new custom artwork shall require a $45 art and set-up charge. This one-time charge will not be required on future orders. Re-orders with simple changes to existing artwork (example: a date change) typically do not require subsequent art charges.

Standard artwork is available for use on dash plaques and trophy components and may be viewed at www.tfcolor.com. Trophy inserts utilizing this standard artwork will not incur an art or set-up charge, but a $10 order minimum shall apply. Dash Plaques utilizing standard artwork and up to three lines of text shall incur an art charge of $15, unless using one of our standard dash plate examples without substitutions. (For orders of 100 dash plaques or more, the art charge shall be waived.)

Lead times for various products are noted within. For new orders involving new custom artwork, lead time is measured from the moment of proof approval.

Pre-production samples may be requested and will be billed at the quoted piece price, plus a $20 sample charge, plus shipping and handling charges.

A rush charge of $20 shall apply to any order with new custom artwork that requires design work, production, and shipment within 24 hours of order placement.

Re-orders of trophy components can typically be shipped on the next business day after order placement. Same day shipment of re-orders is sometimes possible, but cannot be guaranteed.

In the event of an order cancellation, all accumulated charges shall be billed. (This includes art and set-up charges for new custom artwork that is cancelled during the proofing process.) The preferred method of order placement is by email. Please send

Our “standard” name badges are direct-printed in vivid color on to a lightweight plastic blank. Available in white, brushed gold, or brushed silver. All color options have a black core and are produced from LaserMAX engraving stock. Pricing includes plastic blank and printing of your full-color logo. Our “classic” framed name badges are now available with your choice of a laminated label or a direct-printed aluminum insert. The frame is constructed of black plastic, and the edge may be decorated with you choice of foil color. Aluminum inserts are available in SATIN GOLD or SATIN SILVER finish, and a black foiled edge is recommended to compliment these colors. Our “classic” dash plaques feature a digital full-color laminated label mounted on to a plastic plate with a metallic-foiled edge. Our two most popular sizes, DPL-200 and -300 are available in either white or black plates. Price includes your choice of foil color (see options below) and double-sided tape on the back. 100% Made in America.

It has been a long-standing tradition in the world of car shows that dash plaques are printed on aluminum stock. This year, we have decided to not only embrace that tradition, but to take it to the next level. Our direct-print technology allows us to digitally print vivid full-color artwork at 1400 DPI, directly on the aluminum stock of your choosing. There is no other dash plaque on the market that can compete with the quality of our printing.

Our DPA series dash plaques are printed on white stock to keep your costs lower and make your color-intensive artwork “pop.” For a more sophisticated look that utilizes the metallic sheen of the base material, go with our DPM series dash plaques. You may select from Gold or Silver and shiny or matte brushed finish.

Our challenge coins are great for sports events, as commemorative items, or for employee recognition. They are available in two different sizes and finishes. Our 1.75” coins have different edge patterns on each side and come in your choice of an antique silver or antique gold finish. Our paper labels are printed on a 50 lb premium face stock with a 1200 DPI full-color laser printing process. This process produces vivid color, extreme detail and an attractive “semi-gloss” finish to show off your artwork.
