If you are moving outside Europe then seafreight is the most popular method as it tends in most instances to be the most economic.

Packed by our specialist packing crews, shipments are carefully loaded and conveyed in steel shipping containers which remain security sealed until they arrive at destination.

If you are sending only a few items we offer economic part load container services to virtually anywhere in the world.

You will of course be kept fully aware of your shipments progress every step of the way. At destination we will comply with port procedures attend to customs formalities and deliver to your new home where all will be unpacked and any unwanted packaging removed.

If you are moving within Europe then we offer both dedicated and regular part load services on fully crewed vehicles.

Your shipment will be collected, packed if required, carefully protected and loaded onto a purpose built removal vehicle before either direct or

consolidated delivery to your new home.

Our premium service will collect and deliver goods on the days of your choosing even if your shipment does not occupy the full vehicle.

Our economy service will collect your shipment first and we will advise you of the date of delivery before departure of the vehicle from the UK.

All vehicles are fully crewed from the UK to provide both security and quality of service.

destinations than taking excess baggage on the plane.

Although a full packing and wrapping service is optional, we strongly

recommend our customers using it. Your effects will be traveling a long distance, so a full service will give you peace of mind that your belongings will be delivered in the condition they were collected.

China and fragile items will be individually wrapped in tissue, paper or bubble wrap before being place in strong double wall export cartons.

Furniture will be wrapped in cushioncraft (a laminated bubble wrap manufactured for us).

Pictures and Mirrors will be placed in special cartons or cases.

Clothing will be hung in wardrobe cartons or laid flat in special garment cartons.

Especially fragile or valuable items will be individually cased.

We regularly pack and ship cars, motorcycles, pianos, long case clocks, fine antiques and just about anything else you can imagine.

At some stage during your relocation you may need to store your effects pending shipment or delivery.

We can offer cost effective, clean and modern storage both at our

facilities in the UK or on arrival at destination. Our fully containerised warehouses provide maximum protection and security with a minimum of handling.

When using these facilities and for your peace of mind we can arrange with our insurers for our policy to be extended to continue protection on your shipment in these circumstances.

Insur anc

Move Management > Insurance

We take the greatest possible care to ensure that your treasured possessions

are relocated safely. However as a responsible mover, within our contract with you, we promise to compensate you if your goods are lost or damaged.

We have a clause within our contract confirming our responsibility to

deliver your goods to you in the same condition as they were in at collection.

We use a leading company to insure us and to back up the promise of

compensation that we make to you within our contract. Confirmation of this will be provided. If you need storage overseas, provided you arrange this with us, protection will be maintained until final delivery. In the unlikely event that there is a claim this will be dealt with by us or our insurers using international

representation (loss adjusters) if required. This cost is met by the insurers.

We pride ourselves on providing an absolute personal service and we will be with you every step of the way.

We encourage you to telephone us (it’s free) and discuss matters to enable us to fully understand your requirements. We will then explain all the options available to you and tailor a solution to meet your needs and budget.

For the larger consignments we recommend a pre-move survey at a mutually convenient time. Our surveyor will view the items to be moved, discuss your needs and expectations and submit our proposal. The survey is free and without obligation, as is our expertise and honest advice.
