Caregiver groups exist in Clara City, Milan, and Montevideo for caregivers and their families and volunteers. Educational meetings on topics of interest to senior adults are held monthly at all three sites, prior to Caregiver Support Groups. Home visitors are available through our visitation program. Outpatient Individual, Marital and Family Counseling. Psychiatry Services for Adults and Children. DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy for Adults and Adolescents. From Rice Memorial Hospital with out-reach services in Appleton, Benson, Or-tonville/Graceville, Montevideo, Dawson, Granite Falls, and Willmar.

Individual and family counseling.

Project Turnabout provides the hope of recovery from chemical dependency and compulsive gambling addictions. They provide residential/ inpatient treatment and outpatient services for men, women, and families. They also provide detox ser-vices with 24 hour nursing serser-vices. Pro-ject Turnabout’s main campus is in Granite Falls with outpatient services in Willmar, Marshall, and Redwood Falls. They also have domestic abuse program for perpetra-tors. The Marshall location also provides a men’s halfway house.

Safe Avenues is a shelter, protection, and prevention program for those affected by domestic violence, sexual assault or poten-tial abuse to children. Our main office is located in Willmar, along with outreach offices located in Willmar, Swift County, Renville, and Chippewa County.
