VALUE ADDED SERVICE TO MULTIMEDIA ADVERTISERS

This service is available exclusively to Advertisers who invest a minimum of US $13,000 in the current calendar year.

The service will be provided as long as the advertising program is active. If a cancellation that lowers the minimum investment requirement occurs, the Call Free button will be deactivated.

It is highly recommended participating Advertisers allocate a Spanish speaking person to answer the phone calls that will be originated from Latin American buyers.

It is also recommended participating Advertisers provide an automatic answering service with a message in Spanish for calls received outside Latin American countries, as well as between Latin American and North America, Europe and Asia, will require the use of an answering machine with a message for calls

outside office hours.

It is recommended that international suppliers use the phone number of a central office or master

distributor in Miami, or in a major city in Latin America, to improve the opportunities of receiving live calls

during the normal office hours of the people generating the calls. These central offices and/or master

distributors must be advised of this new service and be instructed to route the lead to the appropriate person within the organization.
