"
You have to expect things of yourself before you can do them.
"
“I always thought I was a fit person until I attended a Health Screening ten years ago at my work and
discovered that being a weekend warrior did not qualify as "fitness". I joined a gym and I have never
regretted it. A few years ago I left the corporate scene to raise a family and now I am making fitness my
new focus. With child obesity on the rise, I know it is important to set a good example for my children and
their friends. I want to give each person I work with the skills to achieve their maximum potential. I
know that sometimes this means specific strength training exercises while for others this may just mean
"get moving." I tailor each routine to fit a person's needs & abilities.” ‐ Julia
